America. Is waking. What's happening in New Hampshire let's have. Happening in Massachusetts. What's happening throughout New England. What's happening across America. Is America is waiting. In nineteen months. There will be a new. President of the United States. In nineteen months. Barack Obama will lose his obamacare exemption. In nineteen months. Hillary Clinton. Will return to the public speaking circuits. And in nineteen months. We will at the end. To reignite the up. Promise of America. How to do it. We get back to the common sense principles. America was built. We bring back jobs and growth and opportunity. And we do that. And it went in here understand caused that back. But there are other areas. The federal government has no business sticking its nose in chief among those is education. And we need to repeal every word atomic war. Education it is important. To have it dictated. I unelected bureaucrats in Washington it needs to be at the state level or even better at the local level where parents have direct control. And the third K. Reigniting the promise of America. Is Wayne need to restore. America's leadership. In the world. We explain the consequences. I'll be Obama Clinton. Foreign policy of leading from behind. Let me ask you this question. Is Hillary. She wouldn't. To be the next president of the United States. Hillary Clinton. Would need a third term a Barack Obama. It reminds me of what Ronald Reagan said. About leftists. It's not what they don't know. It's that so much of what they know. Just isn't so. We can assess the results. Under Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. Our national debt went from ten trillion to eighteen trillion larger than our entire GDP. Under Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton would continued as the federal government went from defending the constitution. And bill of rights to targeting the constitutional liberties of every American. Under Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton and we abandoned an alienated our friends and allies throughout the world so they no longer trust us. And under Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. The allegations that have been raised against it Secretary Clinton would immediately prompting serious sober criminal investigation. By prosecutors it would impanel a grand jury. And investigate whether in fact the secretary of state. Violated the law. That's what should happen. They have time. To prosecute conservative moviemakers like Dinesh D'Souza. But apparently no time whatsoever to investigate. The IRS targeting individual citizens and persecuting them for the political views. No time whatsoever. To investigate the secretary of state and presumptive democratic nominee who has admitted to conduct that on its face appears to constitute a criminal offense. And sadly. As compliant as partisan. As on interest it it truth and justice that the Obama Justice Department is the mainstream media as a thousand times or. We don't know that George Stephanopoulos. Help fully contributed 75000. Let's start with a portion. Hillary Clinton's views on abortion is abortion should be legal in every instance no matter what up to the moment of birth. Partial birth abortion should be legal parent should not be notified. If your teenage daughter is getting in at orchard you have no right to know about it the right to know if she gets a tattoo. But not at your teenage daughter gets an abortion. Tax Payer funding should provide for it and there should be no restrictions whatsoever and unfortunately now that. Because senate Democrats. Just last year introduce legislation. To preempt every state restriction on abortion and allow. Unlimited abortion and every circumstance. You know what percent of Americans. In embrace Hillary Clinton's view of unlimited abortion on demand up until the moment of birth. 9%. So I welcome Hillary Clinton explaining however radical extreme views on abortion. Are somehow in the mainstream there. Let's take marriage. Hillary Clinton's game Eric is that unelected judges should strike down on the merit plausible that these states. At the citizens of the states to define marriage. From the apartment public merited but question but the states. And yet. That there is no room of the democratic party for anyone defending religious liberty protected the First Amendment out. You know there was a time not too long ago. That religious liberty brought us together a bipartisan. Two decades ago. Congress passed the federal religious freedom restoration act. It passed the senate nine. Enjoyed the support of such famed right wing nut cases. As Ted Kennedy. Chuck Schumer. And Joseph Biden. All voted for it was signed into law. By President Bill Clinton a Democrat. How Hillary's but that law was substantively. Identical. To the law Indiana and Arkansas took up. The position of the modern Democratic Party in in complicity with the mainstream media and big business. Is there is no longer room for protecting religious liberty if Hillary Clinton ever answered a question from the press. One of the questions Hillary Clinton not to ask is it your position Secretary Clinton. When your husband's side of religious freedom restoration act he was somehow. How big yet which is what you're saying about Americans doing the same thing today. Here's the dynamic that plays out yet. Conservatives. Win. The problem is that governing elite erupt class in Washington. Is selling our future down the river and they're not. Telling the truth to the American people. Tomorrow and it. It. Rand Paul says he's got it. My question to you is this. Where does senator Ted roots and and they surveillance program. Do you think it's time to repeal it. So I'm original sponsor. End the federal government bulk collection of phone metadata for a law abiding sense. I believe in the Fourth Amendment and I believe in the bill of rights I have spent my entire adult life. Fighting to defend the constitution and the bill of rights. The federal government should not be. Collecting the phone or email that. All right citizens across this country it is time for that too. At the same time. The USA freedom act maintains the ability. If there is specific. Evidence that an individual is communicating with radical Islamic terrorists that any individual isn't. Terrorism it gives tools for law enforcement and national security. This art there you. Hills or their phone. In a time of rising danger for radical Islamic terrorism. We want to maintain that tools to stop. Terrorist attacks before they happen. And when it comes to the Fourth Amendment what. What a Fourth Amendment prohibits. Unreasonable searches and seizures. Who are opposed to any modification. The Patriot Act to want to keep the ball collection of phone metadata of law abiding. I disagree with them I think it is wrong I think it is inconsistent with that law I think it is inconsistent with a constant. Now Perez also you mentioned my friend senator Rand Paul. Now ran as a friend and I have stood together many many times in the first time I ever spoke on the senate floor. Was during rans filibuster on grounds. Went brand filibustered last week to stop the bulk collection of metadata both Mike Lee and I came to the senate floor to stand with grant. I will say both my and I disagree with rain in one aspect of this debate. Brand's position is he wants the patriot active fire entirely. Without the tools to target terrorists went we know. They have specific indication with radical Islamic terrorist. I don't agree with I think we have an obligation to keep Americans safe and part of the problem of this debate is it's treated as black and white. Either you favored Big Brother seizing every bit of information of American citizens or we abolish everything that gives tools to target that. I think it's possible to do both protect the bill of rights at the same time. Go after the bad guys and keep Americans say. Let's just say it. My fantasy comes true. Where nineteen months from now this is G rated. And it's no longer senator cruise. But it's el presidente crew. And. Here in the White House. Your radio off its. What's. The senator Bruce do regarding illegal immigration and in particular. What do you do. I'll play ball securing the border. When you do about employers who hire he looks. And what you do specifically about a twelve to twenty million illegals in this country. In other words woods president cruise give it half the legalization or amnesty really. Very important question let me start by saying if I'm elected. January 27 I suppose the first thing I should did. Is sent flowers and a note of condolences. To all of the reporters and editors to check themselves in to therapy. And frankly the second thing I would do is start planning if you're gonna let it Cuban into the White House. Start planning for December. 24. 27 team. When I guarantee you we will have a pig roast on the South Lawn of the like right. And I'm pretty confident my dad will be they're turning the big and it's gonna have a large cigar that's run out. But if your question the immigration as a very very important question. And I actually immigration is an issue. Which I am long term. And short term pessimist. I'm optimistic in the long. Because I think there's a lot of bipartisan agreement on immigration. Outside of. I think there is overwhelming. Bipartisan agreement outside of Washington that we get. Got to get serious about securing the borders and stopping illegal immigration. And I think Perez also considerable bipartisan agreement outside of Washington. That we need to improve and streamline. Legal immigration. So that we don't just welcome we celebrate it. Legal immigrants Americans by choice is what Reagan called. As you know I'm the son of an immigrant who came legally from Cuba 58 years ago seeking the American dream. If we focus. On areas of bipartisan agreement. That's how you actually pass. Immigration reform legislation. You focus on what brings us together if we drafted legislation. That secures the border that stops illegal immigration and that improves and streamlined legal immigration. You can get through congress. Now why am I short term pessimist. I'm short term pessimistic because I think Barack Obama and the senate Democrats had any interest in actually solving. This problem. That is the reason they focus obsessively on the most partisan did this that aspect of this entire debate. Which is amnesty pathway to citizenship. For those who are here illegally. I think amnesty is wrong. I am unequivocally. Opposed to amnesty. Any consistent with the rule of law. And it is profoundly. Unfair. To them millions of illegal immigrants. Who followed the rules and waited in line years or sometimes even to act. I say in this whole debate legal immigrants get left behind over and over and over again. President Obama. Has been cynical he's been partisan and by the way appoint make what I speak to folks Hispanic community. Barack Obama for the first two years of his presidency. At a democratic majority in the house a democratic supermajority in the senate he could pass any dang thing he wanted. As we saw it obamacare and Dodd-Frank. And he did nothing zero on immigration. This isn't about fixing the problem. This is about playing partisan politics in the most cynical crass way. And it's why people are fed up with politicians in Washington. And Jeff you asked about what I would do. In January 27 team if I'm elected president the very first thing I intend to do on January 20 27 team. Izturis in every single illegal and unconstitutional.
