This is the financial exchange with the Barry Armstrong and chunks of you're exclusive look at business and financial news affecting your day your city your world. Stay informed and up today about economic and market trends plus get breaking business news every day. And now the financial exchange with the Barry Armstrong and chuck Exxon. Obviously the month that typically sees a little bit more stock market volatility then. Then we we see throughout the rest of the summer to month have been trading not a whole lot of people working down on Wall Street and so the market intend to move around a little bit more. Then in the surrounding Munson yesterday was no exception the Dow closing down about 270 points. Today's so far down continuing to slide off about 47 points. As we start to open Chuck Todd and Mike Armstrong here today along with our producer Tucker Silva. And Mike. Update the market yesterday. You know obviously everyone pointing to the terror attack over in Barcelona as a cause but we've seen terror attacks in the Europe before and haven't seen this kind of sell. Yeah I think it's more of a combination of things here I think the combination of that along with what seems to the more resentment towards the trump administration limited dissolution of a few of his counsel's. And some pretty outspoken Republican senators and congressman. And seemed to also have the market a little bit spooked more just around -- my perception of it is. Whether or not things are going to get done we talked about before around tax reform. Big thing that we're still waiting on we're still waiting on more detail from the Treasury Department on what that tax reform is going to look like that's expected to be out sometime. In September range so probably the next three to four weeks we should start to get a little bit more clarity there and I think. You know looking at where we stand right now this is a market that largely. Has only been on the upswing. Throughout the first eight months of the trump administration if you go back and take a look at the market. From November 8 of last year where you know we we heard about 2000 in 852009. The on the S&P. Running all the way up to 2491. Point it's pretty much been a straight shot up so that on one level. It's not entirely unexpected that you're gonna run into some struggles at some point this is might be a little bit of a market pullback just as if that's when it. And little bit of a bump in the road I mean keep in mind we talked about those numbers but the market did yesterday the Dow was down one point 2% to doesn't in free fall that NASDAQ is off 2% in LA okay NASDAQ was down 2% says some you know some different indices were down a bit more but I don't I don't wanna spread panic at this point the markets down right now about a quarter of 1%. You know we'll see what comes around here and work through earnings seasons there's not going to be many big corporate news on the we'd had a few big ones this morning. And I think it's you know we'll see what comes. Well and if you are a a long term investor whether you're someone in their twenties that is saving for retirement. Maybe someone in your fifties are still saying look I've got ten years to retire in the I'm planning on living for 2030 years after. What happened yesterday doesn't change anything. It doesn't and you know I think it's important we keep in mind and remember there's still a boat load of cash on the sidelines and we seem to see this every time the market drops by. Five or 10% boom it comes back real quick Egypt people on the sideline waiting to put their cash to work. And they look at that as a buying opportunity so there seems to be a lot of resistance. To the markets falling more than 10%. At least that would that's what we seen of the last one. 24 to 36 months. What talk a little bit about some of the specifics of what we saw in the market yesterday in particular. Airline stocks getting absolutely whacked Delta Airlines was off 6% even jetBlue which is mostly domestic was off significantly yesterday. Why does seem like they're selling off more on this terrorist attack compared to other ones that we've seen in France or in one degrees. You know I'm not sure that it's so much more substantial. And then you've seen another attack every certainly yet that that was a pretty big drop of these companies and they have had a great year. I think. A lot of these events that we're seeing people are using them as opportunities to take their gains off of these company that's fair at a young last appears to say we know what. I don't know what jet blue's reactions going to be to a terrorist center attack in Spain but you know what I've made my 10% and made my 15% I'm gonna go ahead and dad just pull this off the sidelines for a little bit here and just. Wait and see what happens here you saw that with non airline companies remember what happened with Home Depot earlier this week. Stock had to get him blow out quarter and people you know traded down on the stock said imitate my gains at the table. No doubt about it so obviously you're seeing a little bit of movement there let's talk about something that's a little bit a little bit more uplifting. Passed through it and you know connect. Fast food the reason we're gonna talk about this is there was a study that was done. A consumer satisfaction. Ranking by the American customer satisfaction index okay. And they ranked America's favorite fast food restaurants OPEC yet starting with number ten little caveat based on customer satisfaction I believe you've spoken yet based on customer satisfaction is not saying the best who announcing the cheapest right Tate how satisfied are you with the food you get there. That the tenth place spot is a little bit of a surprise to me talker. Oh is it that the little Caesars. I sucked on that whoever is happy with the little Caesars pizza government's rules had been little Caesars and so like for some from that they're not our little Caesars coming in number ten little a little bit off the board there so that one was unexpected. KFC coming in number nine I think that's something that we can all get behind her share. Dominos coming in at number eight it made big strides to defend this one. That's a company that rear Domino's has made big strides is like saying that it's. Well it is it's like say I don't know it's like they had a lot of strides to me yes they did and they think they've still got pizza it's it's going to be a lot of Domino's but I can remember how much worse it was at its come along who is unhappy with Domino's number seven Dunkin' Donuts locally based company should coming in at number seven. Chipotle coming in at number six talker despite all of the the problems they've had with health over the last year. Yes I still think they took a hit there you figure to pull way without all the you know controversial. You viruses or whatnot. Would be in the top three without those hurried does it surprise you that the the company ahead of them is Arby's. Yeah that's a surprise me. That's it surprised me I've never been to an RV six and it is not bad actually angered decent and it's it's not bad. They bring some good comedy value to aggregate era slightly they've gyro is there to their Twitter account is really funny they've got the meets there's no doubt about that. Coming in in the fourth place is spot. This one kind of blew my mind subway. Chart on subway is there a vehicle is it should be the fourth favorite fast food place in America in terms of satisfaction you're in and out of there it's consistent. Yet have a chicken is technically only like 56% chicken corn of that study in net candidate you know they had the stuff in there were bread that was going in the yoga mats some. Yeah yeah. You know it was probably re used from yoga -- you're getting someone sweat hey you don't enjoy our subway Bonn on go into a national fast food chain and just you know I'm assuming that sort of thing exist going into the two going into the equation I would I would've thought that you pull it would have been that number four ahead of subway but. Daniel keeping in mind overall customer satisfaction which includes lines and you know not getting sick I do believe that subway is the largest fast food chain in the world. Beyond McDonald's yeah on McDowell does it suit I believe that than in never retail stores in the world number three Papa John's pizza. Little off the board but OK I can understand it I was behind number two Panera Bread. Totally with that guy Hungary and in a massive. Case of self validation here chick flick coming in as Carl was that your favorite fast food restaurant packet you. That's that's all you need to know. I do have a question on this where's Wendy's. Yes that is where's Wendy how great quit my guess you know there's none of those guys able to know. There's no McDonald's there's no Burger King there's no Wendy's. I don't know if KFC's getting on windy should be on this list have now I mean those guys made the time to react when I wonder when winds. He's a phenomenal Bork. I will tell I would I would defend Wendy's. Until the day that I this gets us to our poll question though now okay and our poll question that you go to financial exchange showed dot com. Which fast food restaurant deeper for real we want to deliver it to four choices as the top four in ones that are in the area. Chick filet Panera Bread subway and chipotle we took Papa John's off the list it is the nominee popped out I saw one in Quincy Metz says that is the and so our head over a financial exchange show dot com. And vote for your favorite fast food restaurant this is going to be. It will from here on now be known as the favorite fast food restaurant of the financial exchange I am voting chick like Concord and there. And I program and I go to Paris well every gal is there you know it's clean it's healthy college is different relic to delay its relative fantastic powers as different from just wealthier healthier options oh come on they've got salads chick polite alt a broad. Smothers dressing pro. Obama. Sorry as I didn't realize you hated flavor let's let's move on a little bit talk about Alibaba they reported earnings. And Mike was a pretty good quarter for the one of the few stocks moving in positive territory. I mean pretty good quarter an amazing year for this can be stock has gained over 80% this year enemy we think about Amazon having you know a block blockbuster year that stocks up 28% Alibaba 80%. They really do. Kind of blew things out of the water their their first court or earnings earnings doubled from the year prior their up Q 2.2 billion dollars and their sales rose 56%. I mean this company. Everyone has compared it to the to the Amazon of China. And they're starting to pull away a little bit in the gay they are. They don't eat Amazon to the food delivery game they were their first you know after James announced this whole foods acquisition. About a had been that for 23 years they've Horry got a number of different retail stores open for. Or groceries. And I've got you know just like Amazon does that got their online mobile shopping app and they've got. With the different streams on and Alibaba. I mean obviously it vastly different user experience but the middle class growth in China. It is like he doesn't even hold up to par the middle class growth there were seeing of the. Don't know no doubt about it yet you have a huge number of people that are starting to come into levels of welcome they couldn't have dreamed about. Years ago whereas in the US you see the middle class being hollowed out a little bit it's it's just airline it's a very different situation smut news coming out of Jack mom who is the founder. Of Alibaba. He is backing a company called young paying financial group and they're buying an Asian unit from Mass. Mutual Life Insurance. Two largely try to continue to grow out these products such as death benefits and annuities over in China in the rest of Asia. Yes a mass mutual local Springfield Massachusetts based company and you know they've built this pretty successful company out and I it's been you know around for a number of years mass mutual is a you know mutual insurance companies are owned by their policyholders. And they're selling this company for what was at seven. Grew one point seven billion dollars to to mass mutual most of that coming in cash as well as some stock receive this young fang. Financial group is you know pretty well diversified at this point they have a robo advisor they traditionally just cater to you know wealthy investors. In Hong Kong and Beijing and they're starting to diversify a whole lot more I think this. Insurance acquisition speaks to that you know that's that's really going to be serves a different type of climate of there. We're gonna take a quick break when we come back we're going to be talking about the expansion plans for my paper grocery store. Wegmans where they can be moving into next. Listen up on the financial exchange from our insurer match dot com studios. Mike let's talk a little bit about wegmans this is a company that's been expanding their grocery store presence in the Massachusetts area over the last few years and however it's either five or six stores in the state. And they are continuing to explore expand in the suburbs but running into a couple hiccups as they start to try to get into the urban. Parts of the state. Yeah they've they've made a goal to get in to use a few urban areas that you have suburban locations in upstate New York which is kind of there home base I think there is certainly downtown Rochester buffalo and I think maybe sooner Kuester Albany. But they've been trying to get into a downtown location for anyone that hasn't been to a wegmans these are massive grocery stores to within first time I went into one whale lost other two delivered a 100000 square feet is a massive parking is bigger than a whole foods. Hopefully tiny really it's like four whole foods whole town if they're huge they are a little bit more I mean certainly take a look at there you know Versa market baskets more expensive. I average whole foods is between 30040000. Square feet where is the covered wagons about a hundred balloons you're like three whole foods a lot of food. They have a massive prepared foods section. A lot of high and Bershard staff but they've had a really tough time figure out how to get into. Boston they were looking to get in the landmarks and are by Fenway and they're struggling they're working on that for five years and nothing has come. They are my favorite grocery store there the wegmans I think I've dvds that absolutely outstanding I I don't like the price of whole foods. I don't like the overall selection that I get you know which they've just excellent stuff they do they have so much stuff. NASA NASA often college they would sell beer in two I think two man that was pretty as print yet they've they've got a phenomenal beer and wine section there Websense Aaliyah really that their beer and wine store by itself is like 101000 square foot. And the nearest one to me is Norwood so it's kind of hall for that's when I go to India now good that it is done there's a few long went racist Chestnut Hill there's Norwood there's one up north on 128 Newsom and Texas I think it's like and a wall fame now without Waltham Wilbur and Burlington. Nady Burlington that my early Clinton. Greek or servant like I said so the real struggle with trying to go in near Fenway seems to be parking. As anyone knows this tragic parked on their for a game or are generally and again I went to wegmans that they 65 dollars Mark McNulty and it's hell. And they just haven't figured that out there want to knock down the existing structure built something so what it looks like is that Brooklyn is going to beginning the first real. City wegmans that upstate New York beating Boston to the game here. Unfortunate. What's due to Twitter actually no ticket back let's do some trivia right now. I think you can probably only name one city and its us hope that's what it it's that and at that you showed little East Coast bias and so you know respect I had on people of Arkansas I know I'm sorry. Let's talk about Twitter okay. Great question here actually what is Donald Trump worst Twitter. A lot of money Stoudemire most of that company how many Yahoo! go on every morning just to see what Donald Trump tweeted so this. This estimate was that. Donald Trump alone is worth approximately two billion or 15. Of the value of Twitter to that company. 15. Through one individual users that is incredible. I know that he's the president the United States and a lot of followers. That is. Real heavy concentration for one company. It it's it's pretty remarkable. Andy delay just the fact that one person can change user behavior so much we'll talk a little bit more about that we've got to go to a quick break right now when we come back we'll give our trivia answer. Time now for Wall Street watch a look at the market's performance so far today until Berrian jog right here on the financial exchange radio network. It is time for Wall Street watched markets down today so far Dow off about 71 points S&P off six NASDAQ off ten. Mike we did get some further earnings reports coming out between the close yesterday in the open stock by GAAP. We did I wanna focus on GAAP Furman is here because it is really the and just. I guess endemic of the retailers that reported so the retailer had a very good quarter that beat estimates by six cents a share just quarterly profit 58 cents. Revenue was up C comp sales were up and it raised its full year guidance after their results after hours the stock was up nearly five point 4% the stock opened up. About 4%. Traded up and is currently down one point 6% on wall was. Frankly an outstanding quarter for company that is you know mainly mall based retail. And this is the endemic story of retail we've been talking about it over and over again companies reporting solid earnings and their stock. Investors it is negative on just saying you know like I do not believe that this company's going to succeed over the long term. Just how important sentiment is when you valuing stock hooch they you know it's it's it's not just what's the stock doing its they had people actually feel about it and you know bang up quarterly adapters did. Stocks still can't hold gains more than ours so always interesting to watch that. We did you wait trivia question just before the break the question was where an Arkansas is the location of wal mart's headquarters the answer was big bill was that the once a view that you knew like. No I only city in artists item could think of was that. I would not have won that trivia contest but dawn from Forrest dale knew the answer is taking away a shell gift cards. And tributes it brought to you by the Armstrong advisory group. With plain speculation still in the news regarding a market correction now's a great time for review of your portfolio call our office today to 803934001. And set up your free no obligation consultation. That's 803934001. Talk more about the other value of Donald Trump to Twitter. There's one analysts are estimating. That he's worth two billion dollars just by himself to the company now the company if you take a look at the market cap right now. The company as a whole. Worth that much more that's worth about eleven point sevens they're saying the Donald Trump is worth about 60% of twitters valley yeah. Yeah that's it if I mean if you were the CEO. Of Twitter. I mean you've got enough to worry about as it is it that would be pretty concerning form is that I have one individual that is making up. Nearly 20% of the value of my company can. I wouldn't wanna (%expletive) him no you certainly you certainly wouldn't and of Hawaii you know he owns wonders Donald Trump and starters don't competitors. All proper and just get everyone over there and he did you get all the money it's you sit there and sing. Interest in staying with tech over this this battle the tree between Travis clinic. And a couple big shareholders. Continues. To was spill out into the public in it really is becoming eight PR battle. At this point trans Atlantic is now battling benchmark capital. Effectively. Just for who was going to have control on the board going forward here. In this is starting to become a pretty ugly situation and in distracting and I think. Remember we're still doesn't have a new CEO that's right and it's still interviewing people and they haven't assigns and so I'm sitting there is a candidate for. This position whether it's you know someone like Jeff Immelt who is been rumored whether it's someone. And the you know whoever it is. You really get in the middle this league is a wanna go anywhere near company that's going through these battles. Yeah I mean if I'm sitting there and I'm just rubbing my fingers together Sam more and more. You'll may take over this you know this fire in a barrel then you better you know you better be. Cushion up that way Angel bit more up to Google background on this so you know for those that haven't followed the story all that closely. Benchmark capital was one of the initial investors in new British funded them with 27 million. That 27 million that they initially invest is now estimated to be worth eight point four billion dollars this is a company that made game vary pretty penny on the stock and you know it. A lot of people are saying you know this is garbage day today you know step aside and just you know let the company be run I don't know they did. Travis that in particular who led this company and a pretty. Got a pretty dark and you know destructive path and that benchmark was a protect their game. They do it and I don't think it's entirely fair to Travis to say that he was entirely destructive physique he did a phenomenal job building this company to get hit a great idea. The problem was that. He did not have the maturity. To get rid of some of the problems behind the scenes that and fortunately. Group to the point where they were it it was just untenable that he continue as CEO just because he was too much of a risk I think going forward to the valley. Now whether benchmark is hailing mr. right way I mean I think it's pretty destructive to benchmark themselves because if you're you know. If your some new start up in Silicon Valley who'd be telling now wanna take crowd sourced funding from you know start up money from. Is benchmark on camera but you know take money from this company in ten years later they're assuming for everything and worth nothing next. They've got good people that can help you build that company. Still might talk to let's talk a little bit about municipal bonds here there are two types of municipal bonds in both can be effective. As investment tools but if you're in the market for them you want to take the time to warn the pros and cons to make sure you understand what you're investing in in this month. The Armstrong advisory group is offering a free guide to help me understand the benefits and risks of investing in municipal bonds weather's general obligation bonds. Or revenue bonds these investments can be highly effective specifically. When it comes to the tax paid on interest earned they also may have risked that to have an effect on your financial strategy so called the Armstrong advisory group today. At 800. 393. 4001. And request your free guide titled municipal bonds won a one and educate yourself on the value of these investments once again call 800. 393. 4001. Or you can download the guide right now at financial exchange show dot com securities are. He's offered to securities America incorporated member finreg SIPC and advisory services are for the securities America advisors incorporated Barry Armstrong representative Armstrong advisory group in the securities America companies are unaffiliated. Eighteenth tee Time Warner deal this was one that was initially went when Donald Trump first became president of the use targeting this. Might have a path to actual completion yet well let's let's go back to the let's go back the tape here back on the presidential campaign. Donald Trump said quote AT&T is buying Time Warner and dust CNN a deal we will not approve in my administration because it's too much concentration of power. In the hands of too few. If a spouse enters in nursing home Howard joint bank accounts and joint brokerage account like investment accounts mutual funds share are they at risk and and and how does it vary for single individual. So if you're married doesn't matter whether it's a joint bank account our joint investment account. Everything. Is considered accountable for Medicaid eligibility and you know what else there that's not mentioned here how about IRA accounts from. IRA retirement accounts also at risk for the cost of long term care so it doesn't matter whether to joint brokerage or joint bank account. You gotta put all the money on the table. And start from there. Different however when your single engine right so when you're single they have a different rule. Joint bank accounts with a child you throw kit on as a joint owner right they do all the time. If you do that then the joint bank account is deemed 100%. That risking. Unless you can prove that that other person put money and we know they do it again you know look who Social Security numbers on look who's. Pensions going in there and look who Social Security's going in there. That's for bank accounts. For investment accounts fidelity account of the world right it's deemed. 50% or pro rated based on the number of owners on the account so if there's. A spouse if there's one child on the air than 50% of that would be deemed. Not at risk so interesting distinction between the two. But advance planning always the best. The financial exchanges lied on FaceBook and YouTube watch Barry and Joseph discuss the issues of the day and see which one smiles the most. Is who's the financial exchange radio network. Joining us now is CNBC's senior contributor and author of JFK and the Reagan revolution. Larry Kudlow joins us and Larry thank you for coming on today. Where let's talk a little bit about the the events of this week specifically in the context of what they mean. For president Trump's agenda moving forward in particular we saw the dissolution. The dissolving of two major not major but two of his councils of manufacturing CEOs and other business CEOs. How much is the business community struggling with trying to support this president right now. Well look deep down there's two things going on here the families CEOs. Are. Very sensitive to outside pressures on social issues. This is true. You know various Sergei right in transgender. Man and apparently there interpretation of what trumps playing or not they were very sure also. So very pull out of the council. I don't think that means they're gonna pull out of that tax cut battle I think he's still favored tax cuts and lower regulations infrastructure plan. But you know they're sensitive to outside pressures are I think you have to separate the two. Let's struggled a bit about something that is kind of gone under the radar this year it seems like I'm curious to get your opinion on it. And that's the value of the dollar I know that your strong dollar guy but the dollar is weakened significantly over the course this year about 10% so far since the start. Is that having any kind of effect on trade coming in or out of the US right now did you concede. Well I don't know you know you you look at these dollar movements and they really. It cure against the Euro and some the other currencies the dollars decline that you know that's accurate rose. Hugely. Big time in twenty what 2015 slightly. That is not. Since he ended 2015. I don't know since the end the 26 in the dark as strong a bit OK I get that. The prior several years the dollar rose if you look at a longer chart. The dark actually has been relatively stable against cold. Against broad commodity indexes. And against brought currency indexes in other words. I think they've talked it did dollars all right it's true in it now and you know against the DX ride for example. But it's really not true it any longer terms sent out retains sprawling you know another pattern 50%. I would be worried from inflation. And I would might have some. Temporary impact on exports I don't believe. A weak dollar is a good thing and never have I think cable dollar is the best thing and I'm leaking. What I regard as as stable dollar in recent years with below inflation rate debt coming around you know we're back down. Yeah about one and a half percent inflation which I think is a tax cut for the autonomy is a good thing. So I'm quite careful about stated dollars a week it dollars week. Let's see how it plays out. You look at the chart is it really isn't week. Has bounced around. I feel like we ask you about this every week but it is the biggest item that's still out there tax reform and I know we're getting closer to September when I know Treasury Secretary minutia and is supposed to be releasing some additional detail how are things progressing right now. Well you out right away from the headlines. And the controversies. Tax reform is moving ahead and the Kevin Brady. Chairman of the house Ways and Means Committee. He was in the Europe last week for dinner. Without group the committee to unleash prosperity we had about fifty. Opinion makers with and he's very strong he is the big speech you know other Republicans spoke with the Reagan library this past week about. The need for tax reform and as I understand Kevin. Back out is gonna have. A budget and debt limit act in early September. Or in September and they're gonna have a tax reform package. On the floor of the house in October and I picked the right out is very close to that same schedule should probably get a pretty definitive. Outlawed from them in early September when they get back I wish they had gone recessed by the by. I do think that that it is lagging somewhat on this so we'll have to see about that. Where can you talk a little bit about corporate tax reform specifically and have a few at the point gets missed by a lot of people that. The corporate tax rate. It affects a lot of small businesses more than the large was the large ones can offshore anyways and move away but the small businesses tend to end up paying that higher corporate tax rate. And that impacts higher Q can you detail into a little bit of that. Well look. This small businesses. Escorts. Sub chapter S. Partnerships. Various. Pass through his. Yeah they're pretty much paying the top income tax rate. Which is I'm gonna say if 40% more or less look above 40%. Now that's so irate I mean this seek court should pay 35. Big guys and maybe just size an average for the state tax. So in in that sense they're close but look the proposed legislation. Would bring them back out there. Exactly and that's really the key point here. I mean jump suppose that would take content of this but he knew he picked out of taken down to have the right twenty to 25. That's going to be a debate. Now you know I I guess it does those tax rates are too high that's fraud Spain and I'm not sure it's one against the other I just think they're both. To hide so they're gonna try to reform that make more competitive. Good Larry thank you very much for the time and enjoy the weekend okay. That is Larry Kudlow senior contributor to CNBC and author of JFK. And the Reagan revolution. Go back to our poll question of the day this is up on financial exchange showed dot com right now. The poll question is one of the most serious ones that we have asked thus far it's the question is which fast food restaurant do you prefer Tucker what is the results of. We have a tie atop first hear what voice yeah out. Chick filet and Panera Bread are now tied at 37%. Rais. Two polling coming and a third at 18%. In subway coming in dead last at 7% but we still got another hour we another hour supply any time a cast your vote at financial change doc will make. There there is gonna come in for the upset make no mistake. Chick fully should be the winner. If I'm the choice and all they can financial exchange show fans. And head over a financial exchange show dot com right now and and vote for chip away as your favorite fast food restaurant or don't. Don't vote for chuckling at the week but the narrow win this thing that's right on I am weenie good local. Bond at local residents and local business helped me. Affluent and local business wide variety of freezing their headquarters this is sandwich is not around here to like Wisconsin and so it's in Saint Louis salad when I go to local business they've got a giant like in my office got a giant corporate officer here without their head coffee. It's anybody's head over to financial exchange showed dot com make sure you vote in our poll question. Get your vote in there is cook every vote. Counts might start a little bit. Use their cookies on the guards checked flights now they tell us what what we know they don't that might think they do. The violence Micah dug a little bit about China that they're seeing an explosion of consumer debt at this point. And you know what's interesting is they've they've reined things in on the corporate side. But the Chinese consumers are starting to borrow in bar right now in its not a huge issue today but it it's not looking great for the future. Yet I mean we talk about whenever we talk about a B financial crisis you talk about any of the ones that we've had here in the United States they are very frequently. Preempted by a explosions in eased to borrow money and I think that's what we're seeing here in China I'm not predicting some sort of mass stock market crash there but. When you see these really easy to borrowed debt. That gets concerning you saw short term consumer grow guy credit grew out 35% year over year. It used to be you know less then. A very small portion of it now while consumer credits up to 65%. Of the totally it's it's it's growing I think a little bit concerning. I also don't have agree. Amount of insight into where this debt is coming from we don't know its credit card debt we don't know what's mortgages we don't know if it's student loans so it's hard to tell where it's coming from the 'cause that. We don't know how about a Kawika Albie you know something you could all be. Mortgages he says okay at least you know they're buying appreciating assets working Albie you know it is horrible and you sit there and go oh boy that this isn't going to be pretty self it's that's the problem with getting data out of China right. It's it's like many things you just you don't have the insight. Into China in that you'd like to have when it comes to the details. On their finances and so obviously. This is something that you have to have to watch pretty closely because when you look at the sheer scale and size of that Chinese economy second largest in the world anything that happens there. Is going to have ripple effects throughout the rest the world this isn't something where you know Brazil's being go through recession for the last two years. It's not have a huge impact cells are just because the economy isn't big enough to do so when you talk about economy like China. It absolutely has the ability to impact not only the rest of that region but also spill across the ocean. In Europe into the US so something that bears watching here. That is all the time that we have for this hour. Of the financial exchange. Drugs out of Mike Armstrong and Tucker Silva. We appreciate you listening to us from our insurer match dot com studio. Weird they could fit into your investment portfolio Chaka wanted to talk about the different types of municipal bonds because I think that's a good starting base for this conversation. Yeah and in general there are two major types of municipal bonds there what we called general obligation bonds GOs and then we also have revenue bonds general obligation bonds tend to be a little bit more stable is that not dependent on any one type of revenue coming from a state or city or rather their backed by what we call the full faith and credit of that municipalities are so are there are ones that are more preferable to others currently Q1 would what would you consider one type of municipal bond. To be safer than another general obligation bonds tend to be because they can pull revenues from any stream coming in in order to pay. Those bonds revenue bonds on the other hands are typically coming from one source and airports revenue sports teams revenue something like that. And because of that they tend to be a little bit more unstable but he can also get higher yields on revenue bonds that's the trade off the face. Ari folks there's a lot that goes into the process. Ranking America's ten favorite fast food restaurants. And and there are some disagreements here I mean we've we have some then there's some major omissions from this top ten list here. Among them when he's not appear anywhere on the top ten I don't know how you can have a top ten fast food restaurant was without Wendy's. Ticked away fortunately coming in in first place Panera Bread and second place Papa John's and third subway and fourth are Beason fifth. Chipotle in sixth. Duncan donuts in seventh dominoes and eighth KFC in ninth little Caesars. In tenth. Guys were under poll question today on this topic on financial exchange showed dot com what's shown so far. We've got factor influencing the independence of the polls chuck. Yeah I am that's that's the point is it's called campaigning and if you have a problem that you can take it up with the First Amendment. Let's let's talk about the solar eclipse that's coming up on Monday. This equipped it's not going to be a full a clips up here in the northeast that I was looking at some maps and looks like we're going get about a 6065%. Eclipse though. Still you know enough that it's gonna look a little spooky out there like the world. Might be ending. But it's not going to be what we're seeing down in Tennessee North Carolina and places like that. And what are the questions that this is fascinating I hadn't thought about this. What happens to solar powered during an eclipse. Yeah I'd it is pretty inching ahead I thought that I apartment the issue is that you know obviously it's going to knock off a big. Chunk of power to a lot of these grids and specifically think about California 10% of their power. Comes from solar currently. And it's just going to be this weird way fifteen minute window where that all goes offline right it's not forever now at its very quick fifteen minutes they got to find a waiter placed it. But then also turned that stuff right back off once it comes back because they don't overload degrade either. Again these kinds of things that you have to think about when you deal with solar power granted to look. Total solar eclipses don't happen very often in the United States the last won't like 25 years ago or something like that. So it's it's not like this is a daily your yearly occurrence that you have to plan for but if you utility company you're sitting there in the sand. Gee I don't know when it went back and we are on that yes are we gonna have to deal with this cold never had this problem in but you have to figure idea contingencies. And in this case utilities are having to plan for that momentary loss of powered due to the solar eclipse coming actors or something interesting. To watch there some news out of the tech sector with apple. Apple and Aetna meeting last week to talk about the apple watch. Why it was apple meeting with the health insurance company to talk about the apple watch my mother trying to. You know find different applications for this thing guys it was I wouldn't say the apple watchers floppies had a lot of mild success but I don't think it's been as successful as some more hoping. I was they're trying to use it's to really improve people's health and says they did a test case with really Aetna employees of testing this out seems vacant. You know by tracking your heart Raman tracking activity. And you can improve your health and one wired other I think. The only way that I think he can get this to really work is and I think they're going to on the right path as you partner with the insurance companies you know if you're. Employer partners with an insurance company and a technology companies say hey if you Wear this wrist watch improved in your exercising we are gonna discount your health insurance if you don't you're not that's that's in the would be a pretty big incentive to go get one of these technology products. Beagle that the data that they can collect is fascinating to just yet is right now. When we talk about anything it's exercise or diet related it's all self reporting it to me it's all well I ran X about this day Iran X amount that day. Or eight this say that. If you can start to automate some of that so that it's not based on people's memory their perception of what they did you can get better data in order a little bit more red tape what what's actually good for you. Yelling at measure chuck sodium levels from eating chick filet seven times a week like that would be interesting to beta I looked phenomenal okay. Just so you know. Phenomenal great history via a quarter flights down the line you can public order sort of create like a portal from watched two year your doctor your insurance companies like keep track of your. Daily health like us and that's exactly what I'm talking about you eat fast food too many times that we can all Sydney get a note read doctor. Talker lay off the dogs is that far fetched it's not you know you could not go to your physical every year or something new and doctor pulls a right up from your watch yeah so my wife's health insurance plan has a program called red brick elsewhere if you go in analogue a certain amount different activities were there would be. In a physical activities are getting health screening once a year and you get points and those points if you accumulate a certain amount you received a courtly deduction off your health insurance premium. And that's. Two going in the right direction I think it's all self reporting you know it's great pay idea quit smoking this year or. I exercise three times this week you can log in and track bad news you know he swears you're being honest. But you know having this all automated would I think be a real big boon for companies like apple countries like fit bit. That produced these types of products. I'd I'd be interest in in in seeing the development of this I do. Have some privacy concerns yeah guide of course because you know I again it is. This isn't that far removed from what was the company that we talked about a couple weeks ago Tucker that's putting the microchips in their peoples they can go in and out of like there are always and stuff I forget. It's a company like makes vending machines and they want everyone to start using microchips and set a credit cards so they graphic. I know it's really I'm a little. I'm a little touchy about this stuff sometimes but. There's a big generational gap though on this you talked about people thirty and under and what they really care about their data or how they feel about their privacy is a lot different from you know the baby to her boomer generation I think they'll be a lot more acceptance of that going on the hope there's not too much I just and I agree. We need to be careful I think we need to. Be careful. Talk frequently about mortgages credit cards and auto loans for the for a one K alone is very often over. We're joined now by Joseph Kernen from the Motley Fool was gonna walk us through the dangers of the four when he came on but joke book of for joint thank you for joining us actress for the start with the basics of how these loans work. Sure and thanks for having me that the basics with the foreign K alone. Really it does come down to these specific plans so. If your company does allow for you take them it's just an alternative to be paid on the credit card debt debt EU may have on the side but it allows you to take basically. Up to about 50% of your vested retirement account balance up to 50000 dollars. And it was not it a great amount you can take it alone but it is and night. Vehicle or product that if you need access that the the money. I mean it can be tempting ray got this giant chunk of money there you worked hard to put it in there and you can't touch it until retirement. So I mean what what would you say is the single biggest reason to avoid you know reaching out this forward Kayla. Sheridan the biggest reason is gonna be just attacked and LT consequences. If you are not able to pay back the loan or if you leave the job so it is that the position that you don't maybe intend to stay. Where third on the continue to stay with that employer for something like a couple of years. Only the view repainted about five years that you don't plan on Spain how long you gonna be stuck with. Repaint and whatever left on the loan. At that time and so it'll end up being activate your ordinary income levels as low that 10% penalty. At that time not a huge strong to be paying uncle Uncle Sam when it's really not necessary. When you have altered about that. And that's if you can't pay back the war. About it is that what is so I understand unity you quit your job as in the same consequences if he had laid off or fired. I so that's that's pretty trophy can't plan for that sometimes. How does it impact the earnings in the four point kept saying you've got all these investments in here that are making money for you take a 20000 dollar loan. Off of this what is going to happen with that. Sure you're gonna have to pay them back at the interest rate that the plane allowed so looked at that caught until like 4%. You're paying yourself. Back basically by buying it pain back into the foreign campaign that loan back. And you do your after tax dollars to pay that back but you're missing an opportunity cost. From the other investment but he could be. That could be working for you in a 41 case of the market had a good year up 10% we your Pena back east of back at 4% you're missing out on that. Potential in a 6% in additional earnings. Then you are paying yourself interest rate is now like you have paid your own company to work for interest alone. That's correct yes you're paying yourself back there there can beat them he's associated with just setting up the balloon itself. But when it comes just in interest to the one of the nice features in that you are seeing yourself you're not in a bank that interest. Right so obviously I understand the tax penalties India all of the stuff we don't pay back alone when you take like a mortgage or get a nice interest hacked in attacks interest deduction. Do you get any surge deductions you're taking a forward Caleb. Known RL correspondent other negative is that like student loans or like. Interest on mortgage you are not seen any tax benefit. So I mean what would you describe as a name and it is a responsible circumstance that huge you know could or should use the for a one Kayla. Shares so if you have credit card debt they may be really. I interest rates and it like fifteen or 20%. And it's it's a small amount that you feel as reasonable that you can pay that back over something like a one year two years three years timeframe. I think that's reasonable. He would be probably the best way to utilize this the one thing you do want to watch out for you don't want to enter a vicious cycle where your immediate overspending and you see this as. And it is something that's easily accessible to but it happened to. Ignored and not get into more debt what you wanna make sure that your budget is in order. Rather than just again dentist vicious cycle where you don't need to use that as resource and happened that. When really that is the primary problem is you're budgeting we got to mention that you budget is in order and not overspending. Now that that's fair that's good advice appreciate it Jeff thanks for joining us on the show. I. Joseph part of from the Motley Fool talking about the the options available to you. With the 41 K loan program but. Also some of the other consequences they. Let's let's do some trivia here today we're doing trivia today based on Wal-Mart okay Wal-Mart put out their second quarter earnings yesterday. And so we've we've been to attribute based on Wal-Mart. That unemployment in Massachusetts it's been historically over the last decade little bit better than national average but now. Falling back to the path is the back to the pack as the rest of the country got a little better Massachusetts kinda treading water here. Yeah we have the first place at first time in a decade or nearly a decade beer tied with the overall United States unemployment rate we've had masters had a big lead others the country and we fall I think you're right around thirtieth in the country right now in terms of total unemployment. Not exactly you know this isn't. Terrible rental and sales news you know we've got still a very robust and growing job market in this state and allotment and some other areas. But it does you know circled the question is this an indication of slowing growth in the job market. Well the big thing I see in Massachusetts over the last I year. Massachusetts is actually added 45200. Jobs from July of 2016 to July 2017. But the labor force participation rate they're been more people participating as a unemployment is gone up in more people are getting back into the work force in Massachusetts so. I make it a case that it's actually a good thing the more people are getting back into the workforce you're still seeing job growth it's not like people are losing jobs net jobs are not going down in the past should. Yeah I mean this is kind of reminds me of the phrase in there lyzard damn lies and statistics. You know this isn't necessarily bad news again that the unemployment rate has gone up means more people are getting into the job force more jobs are coming here. It's not that people again laid off left. Good news for the state of Rhode Island adding 3100 jobs in July as well also was hitting a new all time peak. A 499200. Jobs in the state of Rhode Island yeah I've I. I meant to look this up for a show what is the population of Rhode Island and on top there a but I mentioned what that is. And you know they they saw some big growth in accommodation and food services kind of makes sense that the population of Rhode Island is one point 056 million so little over a million people. That's a pretty healthy job market serious and good growth in the in the state of Rhode Island. Yeah Rhode Island showing us a pretty decent growth there. And in Connecticut. Not seeing quite the same movement there Connecticut the unemployment rate remaining 5% of Connecticut lagging both Rhode Island and Massachusetts in terms of the unemployment rate there. And and we've been very. Very outspoken about you know the number of jobs that have left Connecticut in recent years and appear to be a continuing to as you have more companies looking to move out of state. The year I mean this is just a bit of as a vicious cycle for the state of Connecticut they've they've just made some really bad decisions over the last few decades that left them in this place. They've only recovered 82% of the 1191000. Jobs that were lost in the last recession that began 2008 so. You know it's been about a decade since we really had that being the recession and Connecticut just has not rebounded from that. From that issue continue to lose very big employers. Last race. Taking a quick look at markets right now just to get updated. The Dow is currently off 48 points it was down as much a 110 earlier this morning at around 1115 so quick rally kind of relieving that there. The S&P is in negative territory as well right now. Down just one point the NASDAQ actually in positive territory at the moment largely. On the back of Alibaba which is a two point 66%. At the moment. So that is now largely keeping the NASDAQ afloat. Right now. Interestingly enough you are seeing a little bit of money that's moving in the bonds over the last. Last couple weeks now the ten year treasuries and two point 17%. Now so you've seen a little bit of movement in the bonds I think Europe rent 2.3 2.3 5%. The go back six weeks or so so little bit of money moving in the bonds. Getting a little bit more cautious oil right now 4694. So rate in the middle of that you know forty to fifty dollar range it's been their for the last. Energy pro 212 months seems like now. Gold at this point up above thirteen hundred dollars an ounce and tried to the last time we are both thirteen hundred on gold. Eads beat a little while now. This might be the first time in a doubts but. Close to a year yet looks like it was last October. Was the last time so about ten months since gold was above thirteen hundred. But we are now back above that thirteen hundred mark on gold. On the Comex here's though. The movement towards safety you know that moved towards gold and towards bonds little bit of money moving towards safety potentially heading into the weekend yeah you know I think. Last week and your hard to believe that going into last weekend. The big fear that everyone had was North Korea. I think more they think about that leg that that's what everyone was nervous had about having in the last weekend. Is there today was the last time anyone mention North Korea Tuesday Monday I get it's just it's completely dropped off the map so. There's always something new in with how fast the new cycle is now. It it just changes so rapidly. And market conditions you know obviously move around quite a bit as well. Seconds updated on the markets. Like what exactly is this Netflix tax that certain states or start to put in place while it's this tax where states are going broke and need to come up where a little bit more revenue. So Illinois has been test this out a few others have as well I think what you're seeing here is just continued to hear your ration of these states. Kennedy estate sales tax. Pockets and you know people are cutting the cord on their cable bills and the sale now Netflix is kind of like cables so let's tax that that. Actually think it makes sense to tax and they've if you if you went to rent a video previously. You'd pay tax on that just because the videos delivered on the line doesn't mean it should be exempt from tax it's kind of like saying. Could you ordering something on Amazon you should be exempt from taxi. Yeah I mean it's not completely illogical Amazon tried to fight this battle for awhile and I think what was the conclusion that if you have a location in the state that your delivering goods on the you have to AB the stays pretty much yeah. Yeah yeah I mean I'm not. I don't think it's completely out of line here I'd I would like to see the logic behind it is it. And I am what's taxes being put on this is that the same rate that they're billing the cable customers for and if so does that relate lineup one for one to beat. Whatever the sales taxes in the statement that that's that's what I'd feel comfortable with should be more or less it's a you're buying a product. Sales tax suits action every month are saying yeah yeah exactly. I mean like I guess it's fair don't get raw like I don't want to write I understand the logic it's like look you're buying a product just it's delivered on line. By as an agent different bird you know after attacks on cable bills might be more than just sales tax that's. Yeah that that's a view is kind of more of a it's it's different service because providing utility. Okay. And I view it differently that is what what do cable neo it would cable companies providing you is. It's the utility at this point I mean it's it's pretty much a dumb pipe right now it's there's there's nothing overly complicated it's going on there. That's kind in my view there a little bit of additional chatter about a clothing retailers in specifically. The discount clothing stores appear to be a bright spot yet there there seems to deal. Little bit of optimism around goes light GAAP who keep in mind they own I was old navy banana republic act Napster is an estimate you wonder Havoc all kinds of problems with banana republic and I know elaborate. They're doing fairly well in comparison to some of their other you know big competitors TJX continues to do pretty well. Ross Stores and other discounters seems to be doing pretty well they appear in the northeast and I familiar with them. I saw that nine of their had a big day today that was familiar with what brands they actually gone. I think shoppers are still. In some degree looking for value and will shop if they can find value. But you know the companies like remembered you know Abercrombie & Fitch and American Eagle and these different hurt now Sydor is there chess game. Absolutely. Court no a lark by Abercrombie & Fitch the other day you know we were real bomb them for lasting just music I want I thought they had to do is Google and all night I. I walked by it hurts silence. Them maybe it caught on finally it seriously what they're speaker didn't. Maybe maybe they just blasting the music and loud and clear. I can't think of a more obnoxious and obnoxious them. Obnoxious yes shopping experience it's enough who wants to walk into a store and just be bombarded by a wall of sound and not even goods in but it bags it's like yeah let's just turn this elevator music up to a million so let. I wonder if they did stop maybe pick up the hunt with their empty stores it's it it certainly is possible. On the other hand. When you take a look at the stock price right now it's trading pretty close to its 52 week votes at nine dollars and 54 cents. This is a stock that back in 2011. Was trading at 77 dollars. So they you know they evolve from green is just what is taught in like it is grip I mean to be fair. I've often thought they put out some of the most overpriced products out there like. It was like oh yeah here's a T shirt that's fifty dollars justices Afrikaners are repair genes for me to 95 bought however there pollsters and we will be through some dirt on your genes just so that you didn't have to late. Okay wonderful leg we bleached jeans then it. That you're welcome tickets and make listed some spill bleach somewhere like what it's going a part of it I just don't understand fashion but at least I admitted. Popular for attacks you know a very always likes to say oh yeah I've got my short pants on the new this late. At least I admit that I don't understand right I don't get it okay. Good news or odd jetBlue flyers a jetBlue is going to be offering nonstop service down to Atlanta. From Logan as well as from JFK. Yeah you know you always like to see any sort of increased competition when it comes to to flights it's only going to be a good thing. Him Biron might fail a lot of my feelings out in Indiana and that recently as they started it is delta was going there now southwest is also going there goes right it just really helped with the fine team recently reasonably priced flights and I think. Don't often fly to Atlanta Estes is concerned formula when every seat you know adding different routes and there I always like to see it's always just gonna help the consumer. Then dip who's been pretty strong in terms of continuing they've they've been really expanding into. The middle of the country some what they if you looked at their their route map before the last five years or so. It was pretty much the coasts and that was just about it that in a whole lot in the midwest they really go out today you know Denver Salt Lake City. But they're starting to feel in into the middle of the country now. And it's good to seek it adds competition especially with Boston being one of their hubs. It's good for New England because it yeah it gives consumers another option from New England in addition to your big legacy carriers like you United's your dealt as your arm. Arkansas and so forth. I still have a strong preference for jetBlue above you know American delta and I was saying there are errors is that still like at the yet the overall perception of that TV. I mean burial tighter otherwise is not a big jetBlue very big American fan these days he is the it was bad blood on jetBlue and that that burned it. Yeah I mean it used to be you know you've written jetBlue used to not charge for bags are one of the last year's start doing that and they've slowly gone the way of all their competitors where you know they're getting Beers start charging for bags now I think southwest is the only one that doesn't rank the the only care act and think that does not charge additional. Fees for baggage yes. Your charge you even like regardless of I think if it's a carrot out clay Courter in the and the battery to go to him in charge of fraud oxygen yeah. Do they actually have that go but back they should go now and oh they totally should I I would loved lake. Don't be phenomenal. Thing. Or or it should be something where like the it's recently where they only take quarters but you have to like by the quarters with a credit card first just to make this part is possible that an extra feet down is if there's a 25 cent feet by the court. I like I could see spirit going in that direction to make it it would just be sit you know you've got to buy a quarter but yet here at the credit card in order to do so. This anyway. I could totally see that happening. We are recovered the fast food stores what's the update on the fast people talk Paula pair get a quick look we've been doing a poll. Let's talk about this story Mike is an interesting one it is really interest Dyson who was the last time I checked they manufacturing thing from vacuum cleaners hair dryers. Is bringing on people from Aston Martin yes they recruited their second. Top executives this year making. It's the latest higher fuel speculation that Dyson. Like you said the vacuum maker is going to get into the electric vehicle industry so I don't think he's as crazy as people think. Okay here's why so everyone that speculation the last couple years have been Apple's trying to build driver was car that one. Apple has no manufacturing experience for automobiles term they outsource all the manufacturing for the computers they're not a manufacturer. Dyson okay makes electric motors. They there there are involved in manufacture Yang to begin with. They have experience actually building things themselves in any battery. Exposure I don't think any of their. Their tools are there there there. Packing or anything is battery operated net and he seems. Being. Leaked something they have to work on but at least I I would give them that says okay what they'd they're used to building electric motors this is a company. That since they were founded back in 1987. All they did was they build electric it's it's what they're it's what they do is they is they build electric motors so I sit there and say. Okay this is a company that at least understand technology well they might have some intellectual property that at least pleased in to building an electric car. I mean I just has like eight cents nowhere right they they were to come in just complete start up but it wasn't a company that. Had experience building vehicles before they just tackle this one project and you know named their company plus the way I look at with Dyson is you can get in your vehicle. You can put your little dust buster that comes one of American you know I don't wanna get all those problems out after EU chick filet. And then you can pull out a little wet nap in the dryer hands in the little Dyson air -- aisle to the cargo that made those I think those air believe things yeah it's like every airport per child had a total us car and like the Ria hours I'm telling you like the there's a business here so they they're pulling people away from Aston Martin right now. And I think this makes a lot more sense than some of the other companies that are talking about getting into vehicles finally just accident Dyson does make a rechargeable accuracy clearly had some battery technology there you go so. I I think this makes a lot more sense than a lot of people would think. I could be crazy but hey sometimes you gotta go out on a little bit of bulletin. Very much Paul would get two big tech stocks here or start the when the just reported earnings. Alibaba which is not up about 3% in treating so far today I don't realize how quickly this company was still growing. Yeah at the we the world war Alibaba and not just in Corey commerce business is pretty dramatic and adds up 3% today and it was stopped yesterday as well William. When the numbers actually came out I think what people are really excited about is also their cloud business. They are much like Amazon hosting. Sites war many other e-commerce companies and that's really giving I'm not a lot peak service that are out there are. Then the same kind of margins that Amazon does on that side of the business. The cloud business he's radio I'm margin business amateur it has significantly higher Amazon but. This is definitely an area that he's something that you to helps out you'll be the profits pretty significant. You know Alibaba they IPO towards the governor on this time in 2014 it seems like they just kinda disappeared for maybe a year year and a half. But they've been doing just about everything right it seems like since the start between sixteen now it's it's been a pretty much a straight shot up is there's still room for them to Ron. It would Putin that might be the case I mean you'd you have the fact that they are. Growing the revenue really rapidly of course it's mostly used to. You know the strength it growing strength of Chinese consumer but they are obviously. You know expanding on the parts of Asia as well they try. You well a right in the US call one means that he really do all that well but. I think there's enough growth in the in the world with regard ourselves that there were clearly. Per band and Amazon double thrive and I think that that. You're the one thing that people ought to just be what area is that the reason why that's doctors came to that 52 all the worries about. The proliferation counterfeit it be good that you might find out about the site and that's completely gone away it might crop up again and then turn in terms of it being. All worry for investors from right now clearly. Let's let's continue that topic and talk a little bit about that with Amazon because Amazon had big problems with countered. Counterfeiters as well. You guys being an issue but again I mean not something. That has been that they've a problem for. On Amazon is clearly accompanies that is voting maybe traditional retailers. You know we've seen how bad some of the results of paper departments or change for example companies like Macy's. And Amazon also like Alibaba has diversified so it's not just e-commerce company. You've got immediate side of you there you know media he got clout hosting obviously as well and you know bitten and eat when you look to reach out not just online anymore. Brick and mortars and Amazon's store in the time worsened where I work and there's a whole foods in the Time Warner Center which will potentially be up. Amazon very quietly over the last month has entered correction territory down from my 1083 down to 965. What's been the reason that the other stock hasn't kept up with us some of the other big tech companies. Yeah I wouldn't look too much in the back as when. It is true that media Amazon which the biggest criticism of the investor should have is that still hard to the value like yup author tech companies its IP based diseases to the dilation of circuit. Even though it collect it like set itself up 30% this year so. I'll take back kind of correction and it and we. Is is Alibaba as ambitious as Amazon in terms of via Amazon seems like they throw just about everything they can't at the Walters to see what sticks to Alibaba do the same being or they more targeted. No they are much more ambitious I think Jack has shown a willingness to. In that in a lot of businesses that mean opted to coordinate within newspapers for example. Presidential army still you know not totally understand this fact that your basis personally on the Washington Post on Amazon subsidiary that south China morning post.
