This is the financial exchange with the very Armstrong and chunks of you're exclusive look at business and financial news affecting your day you're sick leave your world. Stay informed and up today about economic and market trends plus get breaking business news every day. And now the financial exchange with the Berry Armstrong and chuck Exxon. November 1 here on the financial exchange this is going to be one of the busiest days we've had all year whole host of companies reporting earnings today including some of the biggest names such as Tesla. That's going to be coming up a little bit later on today we get the Fed meeting today were supposed to have some tax reform information. We've got a potential new fed chair who's gonna be announced in the next day or two I Sammy fracturing construction spending all sorts it's quickly we've got ADP employment report there's a whole bunch of stuff we're gonna dig right into. No further ado right into trucks out of Michael Armstrong Tucker still here burial Armstrong out right now. An and let's talk a little bit let's start first with what's going on at the Fed and specifically. What's going on behind the scenes there we've obviously seen not to rate hikes so far this year one more anticipated in December now. Although it the likelihood is going down if it was up over 90% think the stats now are saying they went 80% likelihood of a fate fed rate hike in December 4 December illegal pulled the most recent numbers that we have here. I'm still at 96% or 96 feel nice and resentment. Aren't so still stone and you're certainly we have one more hike is there any dissension among the ranks at this point that. You know yeah I there's definitely some divergence and obviously there's big uncertainty about who's going to be the next chair so I think it to you see that. I think there will be some falling in line once that decision is made bad thing until vineyard continues sealed it battles here. The big question. That they are wrangling with is what is don't know if inflation why don't we have any what's causing this and what does that mean for what we should be doing in what we've already. Usually use the you know if you're gonna see a big rate hikes usually see inflation preempting causing. Let's let's talk a little bit about inflation because this is something. That I think oftentimes we kinda not gloss over what we say okay the CPI was acts this month and OK that shows there's no inflation let's talk about. The CPI and specifically. Maybe their problems. Sure okay one of the things that I find interest in the CPI's they're calculating inflation divided into a whole bunch of different categories. If you go to that where the CPI's calculated you look at kind of how they do it one of the footnotes that they include there. For healthcare for health care spending. There's a footnote about three sentences long and pretty much what it says his. We don't know how to calculate snap okay. And especially today where healthcare is 20% of the US economy and it's one of the fastest growing costs the fact that the CPI big knowledge is. They look we're not good at calculating this even though it's a major expense for most people. It potentially can that you look at is say. Ha I I wonder if you know the numbers that we're getting our act or not intentionally but just because they've been lucky it's it's not easy. To compare those numbers year to year because insurance plans changed deductibles change premiums change networks change ensue would direct apples to apples comparison. Isn't possible it's not like when you look at the state can you say gee that robot was two dollars last year to fifty this year. Okay it's gone up by fifty cents in this case OK so your premiums gunned down by 8% you deductibles gone up by a 100%. You're out of pocket payments are up by 50%. And this network isn't covered anymore it's tough to figure this stuff out. It is a here's the but here's the problems are of it is it's obvious at least to most of us that health care costs are increasing and increasing pretty dramatically out across the board very rapidly. CPI what is it that used for well yes it's used when neither trying to measure inflation figure where things are going. You don't just used for determining your cost of living adjustments are security right who are these so sick who who is the CPI most impacting where these high health care costs most impacting people that are click the security. So you're seeing it dramatically increasing. The health care costs and almost no rise yet I think this year were actually finally getting cola adjustment for most people. It's pretty much eaten up by the Medicare just. Exactly so the Fed is likely to go in December for another rate hike that brings up the right around one and a quarter percent on short term rate still well below historical norms. I would make the argument right now that the Fed. Could afford to be a little bit more hawkish simply because even though inflation is tepid right now the conditions exist in which inflation. Can't be generated because we have very high the the employment rate is very high right now unemployment is down to you know the lowest level we've seen in the last decade. There's still is a little bit more under employment than you'd like to see people who are working part time that want to be full time and so forth. But it's. Overall this is an environment especially since we're starting to see earnings reports really kicking into gear and it's been a good quarter for earnings. You start to look out there and companies that finally for the first time in a decade companies find leaders that they're saying. We we have business that we don't know how to feel right you know it's it's not how do we cut headcount to grow warnings it's. You've got caterpillars and out there saying. Ya were expecting strong global growth in 28 team like when's the last time you heard that cat yeah. Yeah it's it's it's Jack is going to the early two thousands and so you sit there and you say okay. The conditions are now present. Where inflation may start to occur. Maybe we can start to ramp rates up to normalize a bit more quickly so then we have then we did you know over the last 1218 months at a chart that begs the question. Heard on post it note how many rate actually predicting Dexter for. Four rate assets 25 response on some goal with for the markets to only three and historically if you go about what's happened the last couple years he should bet on two and I'm going for going on the door and I think. That you are going to see. With with whoever comes in they're a slightly more hawkish fed. OK and I think that you are also going to see conditions at least in the first half the next year that Warren to slightly more hawkish that. And so that's kind of where I'm unplanned my flag and saying hey here's where we think things are going. Let's talk a little bit about tax reform. We are supposed to get the other house plan coming out today house leaders yesterday came out and said. So fast we're actually gonna be pushing this back to November 2. Does this concern. It does yeah. See the actors are here what you're right it's because I was already concerned about them getting a bill done by January 1 getting something on trump stats by then. I don't think it's gonna happen. And every single day that you delay is less time for debate last time for most people I've not you know most congress people know Democrats are seen this. They're not in Spain Democrats vote afford anywhere than most Republicans haven't seen it. Right it aims. You know that the items that are supposedly holding this up and preventing it. From being released are there are still questions about what's gonna happen with state and local tax deductions to halt the auction okay which. Is a big deal here in the northeast because the northeast is one of the most highly taxed regions on the state and local level right okay. If you go down Alabama and Mississippi you see a whole bunch of homes that property taxes that are 300 dollars a year yet. Up here in New England not so much it might be 300 dollars a month on average are you look at Massachusetts or New Hampshire OK so that's one thing that they're trying to hash out the other and I find it a little interesting that we're still talking about this today. They're still talking about potential changes to retirement plans or is what you were able to deduct and I. I understand that hey you wanna try to pay for this new wanna try to not add to the deficit but. May and you've got to be careful when you're talking about touching people. S Tyler and world of pain you know to go after that mean they've already they're very. Said you know they've already had truck come out against it in your asking for a world that pain if you bring that up in the first. First iteration of the bill it's just hats can it be bad news. I wonder if that becomes the wedge issue which within the Republican Party. If you sit there and you have a group of people who align themselves with trump and say look we can't hurt the middle class you know anymore and if you have a bunch of other people who say. Will looked as the only way we can pay for I mean that is the potential to be a a big issue if they can't overcome that. Is that they can't afford any more education sit in in the problem with it. Is that's an issue that people understand right you know it's yet I would complex it's not what he's opaque things we say hey we're gonna cut corporate tax rate from the F 35% either 20% may close to 22 because that's as far as we can get. No one no sees that their paycheck at all the sudden. You are changing the amount of people or able to put into their 41 K plans and into their IRAs in into their raw diaries and so forth all the sudden you sit their change in that. Man you better be careful you better be careful on about one. It's it's a dangerous first be treading water there there are easier ways to go after this but in diets no it's no less touchy then the state and local taxes because. You wanna trying to get to Republican congress people from New York in New Jersey and New Hampshire on board with these things that's going to be that's going to be tough if you're not allowing that's all the dock it. And you've seen a number of them expressed concerns to this point and again when none of them have seen the bill never know what's gonna go out there and in the other thing. A lot of these people expressing concerns their right like their responsibilities to their district in if you were representing you know the second district in New York. You're not concerned about what's going on in Texas it's not your responsibility your responsibilities to the people in your district and getting rid of that deduction. That's pretty significant negative impact there. Let's take a break and coming back. Really joined by Jessica lots from the National Association of Realtors talking about the 2017 profile homebuyers and sellers who buying who sell them. That's coming up right after this break on the financial exchange radio network. Even without health care or tax reform all three major indices remain near record highs get the latest info on the sectors that are winning and those that aren't. Break here would Berrian jog on the financial exchange radio network. With paper checks are gosh maybe still do will zero rent allows you to collect checks electronically. Jail is hoping he could spend a little bit time explaining how is he grant works and why it's a big advantage for landlords. Absolutely buried so we we develops the rain to. Out of me the whole race yet because right now. You know with the landlord when you're getting rain checks and lo and predictable. Missing envelope the great line in the post are you waiting he might not get all the rent until the tenth or fifteenth of the month furthermore if your landlord on vacation in your rinsing your notebooks too what he does is it really digitize they'll. It makes the wrench electronic payments and allows for roomy cheering for multiple roommates and apartments that's great if you're renting out to college student salute. Visit leader back dot com for more information. Joining us on the line is Jessica lots from the National Association of Realtors just if they keep coming on this today. It. Just get so you've you've got this big report titled the that the 2017 profile of home buyers and sellers though. We've got a ton of data here which start with first time homebuyers could we we've been looking for this to show some signs of life over the last couple years. Are there any positive. Any positive momentum building for first time homebuyers. Unfortunately not we actually in the last eager that there are homebuyers are 34 and thirty I and historically we wouldn't want that number or at 39 or even forty curse and unfortunately that you're actually are at a 39 and not. Is it what do you do any research on what the reasons for that are is there anything that you can tell us about why that that percentage has dropped. Absolutely and we QB hurt her monthly arms are great and BEE. At home buyer you potential umpire you want to own a home. It just unfortunately eating or down team and putting us on other. They are coroner I that they would not able ala I wore a mortgage right now to their credit conditions. I'm beat you he concrete the right thing and at those buyers aren't in America are only the most qualified buyers. One of the things that gets kicked around an awful lot right now when talking about the housing market. Is the shortage of homes for sale the supplies in the inventory simply are not where they like to be I know historically. We like to look for kind of that six months supply nano were down around only four to five months in many markets. Any signs that you start to see more homes coming on the market as prices have gone operas it's still very tight market. No unfortunately we are continuing to ED inventory dropped every hour acts they are I've month. I'm up by an about it not at all our theory if a call. On to get in about and not only a first time homebuyers but all that herb BP you might nervous and here. Put your home on the market you're familiar and have a buyer quickly and where you. What are you seeing in terms of trends demographically there any groups that are. Starting to buy more homes are groups that are struggling to buy homes now. So I a couple of interesting point but I'm eating are that are repeat buyers expect in order. Traditionally would be held on back. And prepare our. The typical aid to appear repeat iris thirty or so they we need to EO. Really don't need you have meat you eat better we'd keep buyers market apple or are they are all. On their L network hours and immediate looking where retirement common share right now they're looking earth like all words they end they play. We use act growing needs. The other and I'm seeing it that single women are starting to come back that market we are match eloped but years actually not share or eat in our. At all umpires. Is there anything we can make of the fact that I found this to a particular expert surprisingly found. 18% of homebuyers are single woman only 7% are single man what are we draw from that conclusion. Well they're a couple of things they can't that are going on that one is that eagle and actually order at home buyers Eddie would be coming out of that marriage Spain. Didn't end up. I'm so hot or widowed or their war and they're going on by their own we know that many of them are repeat buyers. That it got up. I just do one thing that I find interesting with the growth of by the Internet the it and increased usage of the Internet to try to look for homes. You would think that that would enable people to not use a real estate agent but what we're seeing actually is that. Agent use has actually increased despite more availability of information on line. Right absolutely. And the art scene Matt and now. I would tell you that they even why people are what they just how worried that we need extra click a lot about it on how to get repeat and is gonna help them Ashton Tate and that's where I'm Egypt and armor our own. I'm an eagle on the app market on on the island by Craig on competitively because the prices are rising so rapidly Heidi how are on our. Should eat. What are we seeing as far as credit availability any data as far as whether it's easier or more difficult to get credit than a year ago. And we are seeing that increasingly. Buyers are saying it a little bit here. Now eaten out at director mark and I keep app and are happy with. Board ER that all home buyers. He did either typical mount lemon pepper and umpire eagle but I I and spirit of a down payment at the that your current. It be out there and her repeat buyers about human ER and amp. Being able to put a little more down and out of the top and a couple activity in the. What are we seeing as far as the other typical equity that people are having once they exit properties once they sell them. So it Japan. 08 we actually protect I can hear it on the op the important thing that you. When we look at you are at our top eight at ten years ago they might have been humble about longer and I want to be but if they are I. I think it hit it I'm that we do you credit and equity would it be an upbeat and not your. You'll just get this is outstanding information. And thank you very much for coming on the I. Absolutely that is just a lot from the National Association of Realtors fascinating like there's so much data that we get from this reported it's unbelievable how much they drilled now. That is pretty it is pages of I I think you'd touched uninteresting. A piece of information here with the amount of technology that we half. The amount of on demand something we can see about the real estate market just at the touch her fingers it is very surprising that the rate of people using a realtor has not decreased really at odds increased. I understand it's somewhat on the sales side because this is there any say okay. This is the most expensive thing I'm ever going to sell chair and I want to make sure that I'm doing it right so I understand on that side on the buying side. Look you you're gonna have you know someone coming to do the inspection afterwards anyways I think for at least for me the reason that I used an age when I was buying the first time. Was I don't know what the heck I was doing wreck you in interact in just trying to navigate the process okay so I need to put how much down when I first make. My offer and then how much down when else would subpoena you know those are questions where I'm sitting there I'm going to. What do I do here going through this process and I don't understand what's going on the second time when I moved. I didn't necessarily need someone to hold my hand through that process but. I was moved from the city out to the suburbs and so I just needed a little help just kind of navigating now market share it's different from what you see in the city. And you know what a lot of the contracts were under a listing agent gets a home that they are selling it's written in there that if five we attract a buyer. That's does not have its own agent says that the buyers and an agent then listing agent who's selling the property often gets the buyer agents that write mission so it's kind of written and then a you're not gonna really get a deal if you don't use of by a buyer's agent anyway. What's interesting for 781 of realtors says a lot of people saying hey I'm too busy I want some one else to do the work for me. And that's why they want with a realtor here near that kind of makes sense there yet. So anyone saying chuck why would you not use a realtor to buyer house it's for his seller pays a speak. True but you know sometimes you wanna go out and you know say okay notable California don't need any help chair you know occasional with with all of the availability of information on zillow Trulia and all the other web sites that are out there. I don't know if you need a buyer's agent as much as you'd use to ran OK that being said I've used won both times that I bought a proper. I don't talk because I felt that I wanted some additional help but I don't know if there's been need. That you had previously when all he had was the analysts listings that only realtors got in you didn't know what was out there. I continue to be inched in that company red thin and what they do in this market is to date I do not feel that they have had so much of an impact they're trying to disrupt it from a pricing perspective we'll Stewart goes. It is time for Wall Street watch Mike we've got a couple companies to go through let's talk first about dorm in here. Garment about. 4% today. Most reporter and what's been decent quarter they did they had they are 78 cents a share for the third quarter which was twelve cents a bounced above consensus estimate the revenue exceeded forecasts as well. They also raise their full year outlook either really seeing improved sales and outdoor aviation and marine. In his company that I think is in a pretty good transfer. Pretty good job transforming himself there was a time where a lot of their revenues are coming to us from those who GPS unit to put in Carson they've really done a good job focusing on those other segments that still use their product. Stock is up this morning. By about two dollars and fifty cents over 4% on the news don't know with 3-D systems the stock is now trading at the same level was at the end of 2011 down 26% today. It's happened and yes a 3-D systems ticker symbol DDD a small cot it's a small cap company if this was a company that a lot of people had looked and said they are going to be at the cutting edge of 3-D printing and find all these new applications for what to do with it and it just has not come to fruition they the entire pretty printing industry just has not quite. Moved go along as fast as as people weren't looking for so they lost twenty cents a share for the last quarter the it analysts had expected. A twelve cents a share profits as a three big swing revenue fell short in the company's going to. Stop doing for guidance. Because the best leadership changes and not good when that happens now that is not kids are analysts are not happy about that the stock down. Three dollars 23 cents just 26%. In this the company that earlier this year is trading as high as 2330 now down around nine bucks share. Time for what now seems to be our. Almost daily natural disasters segment on the show. Let's talk a little bit about what's going on in California the estimated doc claims losses from these wildfires. North of three billion dollars potentially. Yeah I gotta be honest I'm not surprised when when you see. That type well one we saw the NASA in his of those fires rolling through that area and that's in this massive and this award. Sorry about when you when you talk about just. The severity of those buyers and the cost of real estate out there I'm not surprised at how big actually massive this is a word apple. Get out attack had to look it up just detection. Massive this is a word believe or not that's telling ordered it sounds awful I did my reasserting its awards it's built protects not radio list is even in that. Anyways continued. Sue yeah when you take a look at the cost the real estate YouTube it rolled right through wine country there you've got a lot of very very expensive real estate and now these insurance companies are taken a look at this market and saying. How high risk is this how high risk is this really going forward for. Oh for insurance. What it in what's gonna happen is you know some companies a move out of the market and if other ones can figure out how to price effectively. There's a profit opportunity for them because of the the company's leaving the market so it's it's going to be interesting to see if someone can find a way to make money. Out in that market there by the way circling back to a match business you can also abused massive. Then that's about it massive but he is a word I'm going to sign of so way to use passivity in the next then the next 3% so just something that you can use there 3171000. Customers still without power in Maine. New Hampshire and Massachusetts following the the storms from Sunday night. Pretty incredible. You know we generally don't see these types of power most in January February this one's been pretty damaging obviously very Portland. If you if you wait during probably no surprise that this severe it is happening it like it's not go to school. I think it in over there at 4300 customers still without power most of the schools still closed down its Halloween. Do Lee Howell we delay it means we'll delays. They town this agent pitcher retreating we don't have any lights stupid. They do the time of its tires and edit to cancel on in years ago hold on I think that's where spooky season is first of all it's supposed to be dark when you trick or treating to begin. It ball and he packed cars. Hit my car just as there are lights on in how Moses is the car driving in this outreach lights shock. That the do you see people text and drive all the time. Don't walk in the street like it's common sense wearing a black Batman outfit each year and walking across the street teach your kids to look both ways before you crossed the street. Don't they how well we're delaying Wednesday because we can't have. We work like it does it works that way all the time towns cancel whole week frequently. We've gotten so saw that in America we are so solved right we are what we're canceling how we used to dark like owning. So so I suppose you're in favor regulation requiring all counts do hold all in two birthers are just oh win on October 30 or don't tell me when to go to another house where the boys we can figure out when to go without some think that's Louise from 4 PM until 6 PM and if you go any time out of there you're you know meaning. Legally. Blonde like let's grow up we're big boys here. Talk about it let's let's let's be oil was man business. From its that would be a whatever oil continuing. It's a very quiet. Is can we still say it's quietly moving up talk about it I don't think so let's talk about what oil so oil move in precinct will. As well as up over 1%. That's no longer a quiet creep up to. Up in the fifties so you've got branch trading above sixty bucks you've got crude at 5503. I I think years he crude. Production a secret about 64. Year. Coming in hot. I don't know if you get that high just I think there's a lot of supply in the US that can come on line with that in these ranges but you know certainly you're talking now. Boils up 20% in the last three months now. Yeah and this is going to continue to seep into. Gas prices you're gonna continue to see them moving up a little bit. As well. The headline from Bloomberg pretty much sums up how I feel about this it says test those model three moment of truth is here. We're gonna have earnings coming up from them later today and we're gonna have to view don't know us talking about production. It is and so far the markets don't seem terribly optimistic about it not a big moves on test than a stock is down nearly 3% just anticipation of what were in here later this afternoon. Yeah you're right it's put up or shut up that you told us that you're gonna have production tembo by the end of the year to be producing 5000 model threes per week. Where aria are we still receiving these bottlenecks that we saw last or last quarter that put together 260 model threes there's much there's much to get a 15100. They're way off base. OK let's let's take some guesses as to what they're gonna actually end up with four production at the end of the unit trying to get to 5000 a week. I bet. I'm assuming that they get to maybe two. As 2000 we have to that I'd be I'd be impressed you know 2000 we can the problem is eventually the wave must have been talking to anyone who 500000 vehicles a year you gotta get ten. 101000 vehicles a week OKC talking about building. 14100 of these things today assuming you work seven days a week I don't know how to do that the car factories work seven days we had no idea but I doubt it. Probably five yeah I was eager to get Anderson got it 2000 a day that's that at the target that you got to hit is you know somewhere between 14102000. Today depending on your work week. That's a tough putt that tough putt when you've been doing about 101000 a month yeah. OK and so we're gonna get some detail here today this is. In this pretty important has all of the it just runs a capital intensive business and all of the fund raising they do whether issuing new stock issuing debt whatever it is. It is based on the back of the excitement around their cars to the rest the company its solar panels in back yet and no one sits there and says GM gonna invest in solar panel company. But if all of a sudden the cars which no pun intended are the engine of this company. If all this and that engine slows down. It becomes more difficult fund raise in we know that Tesla needs funding still 'cause they're not profitable in the air massively cash flow negative there's a massive but he of negative cash flow. I've got everything got a 54 billion dollar company riding on the writing on the star. You know whether or not they can produce these. Significantly is is really going to be inching its afternoon and it's a Tesla the day very big day for Tesla fuel on the stock would be listening at 4 o'clock. It's it's tough to bet against Ilan mosque at the same time because he is. He's close to the smartest guy in the room when it comes to overall knowledge as far as actually. Running the business it's been a little bit bumpy it's been pretty Iraqi. It's been bumpy and Iraq so. Time for a break here on the other end Alan Nichols from Morningstar is gonna join us we've got a couple of stocks to talk about. Right here on the financial exchange radio network. I everybody's very Armstrong and potluck ski from the law firm Cushing in dole and were talking today. About the state and asset protection strategies. That can help reduce or limit New York State taxes. Tut is it true that a merit couple living in new wing went with two million dollars and assets pays a voluntary. Gift tax. A 100000. Dollars in the government if they don't have trusts in place I'd certainly can't be certainly depends on what state and to be you know I'll let us say only if if if you if you have assets and you can't each state has their own exemption. You know like the federal exemption amount is 5490000. Dollars. You can pass that amount. And state tax free to anybody you want. In any state. But and a lot of people say oh we don't have that kind of you know but. What you forget about is the states. A state tax system very they have their own system. And each state has their own exemption. Which can range from you know a million dollars to 201000005. Is around here 2.5 million you know and then some states don't have any. State tax the only one in New England doesn't have one news New Hampshire that's correct New Hampshire the only one in the in New England that doesn't have a separate state the state tax. And so the goal is by doing basic estate planning and using trusts you can double whatever that's data exemption amount is. Thereby hopefully eliminating. Voluntary estate taxes. Up to whatever that exemption amount is double. Request your copy of Todd brand new guy it's called reducing and eliminating the state taxes. We are joined now by Alan Nichols from morning starts talking to us a few about a few international. Telecoms stocks what about things coming on. Can be start off with Telefonica. Sure so well on its Spanish multinational right where is where the vast majority of their customers. So there largest single country is actually Brazil got would in Europe their largest. Actually our subscriber base is in Germany. But they actually get the most profits probably from Spain still where there an incumbent operator have both fixed and wireless operations. And it's the merger of those that is where we think a lot of the op upside is that you're getting convergence. Into that the market and you're getting press selling both fixed and wireless and broadband and KGB over the same subscriber. Okay. It certainly compelling argument it's been a really tough year for domestic wireless subscribers tell Telecom companies I think about the Verizon's and AT&T'S new years that they've had. Move CC a little bit more consolidation potentially happening across the international wants. Well what you had. Competition in the US previously happened already in Europe so they've already gone through the worst of that and now you're getting. Because you have national operators in Europe which you don't have in the US on the fixed line side you can have he. He can cross sell all of those products which is difficult to do in the US because you only have national wireless operators everyone else's. In went up by the government and mergers and not be allowed and so that'll IG to have more cost saving. You're not getting a lot of mergers and where is the EU would stop that one last big ones was actually with Telefonica and they bought. He plots firm KP in Germany. And that's how they became the largest wireless operator in Germany. That because of the EU. Not one means more consolidation. We're not seen. And a likely a lot more emanate in Europe either where we are seeing and the pain is more like Africa where Telefonica could not operate. Andy getting a dividend with this web. Yes I yield four point 4% at the very. That inching weight can diversify at the United States such turned the portfolio that's let's switch over to another one was it and Telecom. Yep north com is headquartered in Sweden which is kind of a strange place for it because none of its operations Ernie in Europe. It's 90% Latin America 10% and Africa. And it has been involved with them emanate in. Africa air recently. Sold out of the Democratic Republic of Congo and Senegal and merged its operations in Ghana. Where's the party air tell. But the real growth the real value is in the Latin American operations is mostly in smaller countries. So it doesn't compete that much with Telefonica and American malvo the two big operators and Latin America. And so it it's. Very good returns in Central America were actually bigger than both of those and most entries were operate and targets is very good return. And it's been also buying cable operators and is. Been doing it converge operations in Latin America itself. Misty said you see the best growth potential there and Latin America I would think if there's an area for a lot of growth. There there has been a lot of room for growth in the wireless area a in Africa as well as it just because they have a smaller operation there. Yes so in Africa that you are still growing subscriber base. The profitability isn't as good because there's a lot of operators and many countries there be. 56 operators themselves and their price or you're not getting their returns in Africa even value marketing subscriber growth. Where's the subscriber rose as much lower in Latin America where your growth is coming from is through the cable TV and through selling data services. And then another dividend on this one about the same range. And it's about four point 1% yield. Yeah so to interest in place you accompany their Telefonica and Miller come. Ticker symbols TEF and MI ICF certainly in interest in play thank you for joining us appreciate on down. It. Yeah I don't take a look at these telecoms and since I've obviously haven't done any research on them until we just had had on the show here but. How are looking at Verizon AT&T vs one of these guys you know yes similar yield and it seems like you've got more potential growth options at least. Actually you do it I think that the question that I always come back to a telecoms. Revolves around regulation what are I regulations in the market they operate in because. You know you you talk about you know how you telecoms are treated in the US. And it's a much different style of regulation and what you see. In other countries and so being aware that just because. In the US they effectively function as utilities where is. It's some of these developing markets and so forth it's much more the wild west and so you can participate in some growth he got to know the market it's. It's you know obviously it's not all the same as what you see here. In the United States yeah. I mean you do certainly gets the point where for some of these campaigns there effectively being treated as regulated utilities where do you think that's that's what domestically at. AT&T and Verizon we talked about sprint and T-Mobile yesterday that deal potentially breaking up. AT&T and Verizon. Where you go from here if you or those companies just on data plans which is where most their growth has been the last decade. It's a saturated market yet on TV we know we have cord cutters. Where's the growth for them over the next decade it's that the companies are gonna go out of business we know that. Much wrecked. But where they grow. You know I I think there's a few areas I mean obviously there's a few hairs they're trying to grow so obviously with AT&T you've got them trying to coupled that with their direct TV subscriptions and chipped. At this point there hasn't been a whole lot of success there I would imagine Verizon tries to grow about as well with some sort of parents subscription. The only thing I can see them getting into his pretension potentially you know going into the hard advertising money so you know trying to go more of a Google which. I don't like but you know what maybe that's a good option for them say you can use our towers in Loftier much cheaper cheaper plan but we are going to use your data and very much advertised. Oprah for those companies now that is it's a tough road for growth of those companies at this point. This is the financial exchange with Barry Armstrong and show Oksana. You're exclusive look at business and financial news affecting your day your city your world stay in. Formed and up today about the economic and market trends plus get breaking business news every day. And now the financial exchange with the Barry Armstrong and chuck saga. Markets in positive territory so far today that we are seeing a little bit of a pullback as the morning goes on the Dow opened up. A 130 points in positive territory now. Eighty the S&P up seven the NASDAQ up two. Chuck Todd Mike Armstrong and Tucker Silva here Barry Armstrong out there right now. And you know this is a market that continues to show an awful lot of resilience moving upward you know. Again we've we're supposed to get tax reform information today we didn't know information no problem let's keep everything going that's what the market's telling you here. And largely I think it's because the market for the first time in a while. Is looking earnings via and I like I I'd like when the markets as you know what. Policy. Don't care about policy we can figure it out. Show me what you make it's amazing that a managed to ignore earnings when they're pretty bad and focus on policy and focus on policy way and policies delegates are great and indefinite Saturday I think it tells you all the market cares about how they make money that's right to all of it all they care about so. You know overall today every sector in positive territory except for utilities one sector that's down so again Tony Kaye. Risk gun loaded up back up the truck the market is moving that way. Until of course doesn't entering the one thing you always got to remember let's talk a little bit of apple news OK apple here. You know obviously had the iPhone X pre orders start last Friday. The hard released is this Friday November 3 and a couple days so if you haven't pre ordered again after a weak minded and Apple Store to go pick one up hope doing. None of the three of us here are doing it just because we don't wanna spend thousand dollars on a phone and you know we're certainly not interested. Apple's hoping that even with some production delays and shortages and supply the people stick around in and keep those orders in there this is a pretty big cycle the. Yet they want this thing to have legs and I I do question how much bonus. I've. Now we're talking if if this phone can run around all of a sudden on this show Imus had internal control is on board the very. You know you want to you wanted to be still being talked about when we start to and our Christmas shopping and that's what they're known for here. And I wonder how much of these you know short supplies and production issues are. Somewhat intentional they yeah we want this thing to be selling out at every single store the first data released that's what they're going for here. That there's a balance that apple tries to strike there because you want to have scarcity create demand yet. But you don't want it to be so scarce that impact your bottom line. Yeah I mean if they're not and funds until next march then that's certainly going to impact things so yeah I think if they could create a huge demand for these things right since November and and get all of them delivered by a year and are a lot of them do delivered by year and that would be. It can be very big Q4 for apple that's the case. What I found interesting about this is that apple typically gives these phones at two reviewers for about a week prior to Yahoo! the launch of a new phone. They limited the testing of these phones before hand or a small number of testers got. The phone for a week this time in most others we got the phone for a day civilian have a ton of time with it yet to explore and play around that. I could see this I guess I could see the reason B two reasons the obvious from the comes to mind is. He's got some issues here we don't want people you know. Macon huge stink of them right before we go on sale you know if we give it 2000 people and few testers find issues. That's going to be a real leadership forums are wearing a 100000 testers just 24 hours before and hope that nobody issues come up. Given that could be doing it just hate me you know we want this thing to be pretty secretive going into the going to a one a lot of people to be guessing at what's going on we don't want an off beat out there in public rape for the release I don't like to guess on a 1000 dollar purchase. I don't either that. Again you know I'm not the average consumers precincts. No new note none of us are but that that is the strategy they've been using. Best buy using it a different strategy and not serve this one's gonna work out too well for them best buy. When they first started taking pre orders for the iPhone apps they were charging effectively a hundred dollar fee in order to buy to just straight profit to best. That's right like. I like it passed by you know this thing's going to be in high demand. And they'd started charging that extra hundred dollar fee for people that didn't want also sign up for them weren't using it for wireless brand like the did this this and if you want to buy it unlocked. You can go Pernod whenever wireless provider you want to pay an extra hundred dollar fee. And I like that you know again if you don't wanna put it on AO LA wireless planned and go ahead we're gonna charge you big market for the F Leo marked exit to the backlash was strong enough they back peddled pretty Macau immediately I know well. I disappointed why it's commodity. But it it's a commodity you can buy it anywhere you want why would they why would they be able to get away with Turks and intimate and but but there were can't get anywhere but this showed there was no demand. I think they would have so I think gave the only thing that they're dealing with with the bat the public backlash of you know people angry about that hundred dollar premium. There that absolutely if they were just charging extra hundred dollars I can almost guarantee they would still sold out just like nobody else. No because of what they would keep doing it now they dig they don't want the public backlash from peoples and all your price gouging us they already got it. They are god and they're not getting the money. Like it if you think the money's there demise will take it in you're gonna get to go to class they'd know they'd they backed off of this in the star Alex. They stop selling it out rated and at all those are just at that stuff that's them saying is like if they thought they could do it. They would have continued to lake the backlash gonna come whether or not you you canceled the promotion or not. Yet know why I get that they backed off and I'm saying that there I don't think they should have a tradition continued with and on for. But wouldn't they have done that if when if if that the demand was there. Wouldn't they have kept doing it now then York got the backlash. The backlash was happening with you continued the promotion or not. I think that if they had kept with that they would have seen strong results and its they would have seen people paying the premiums and why did they keep doing it because they didn't want to continued to yard gains but they already have the PR they had this -- PR danger of that you are not talking about this in the edit an article in business insider. I think they were the dissident that they did in the bucket and nipped in the bud instead of sticking with and go before I think there have been five that just with the only if if they actually were gonna make more money why would they care what people are saying is that while this future customers. Did mark come off as look I'm greedy but there he did. I try to stop them but they're still not getting the money. Okay act like this this is like if if you get caught with your hand in the cookie jar yeah you might as well eat the cookie. You're already in trouble other valley team PR a lot more gas. But it doesn't make sense like you've already done it's not like they were talking about doing it like. They already did they did both and all that back because they gave were worried that more and more people are going to be going on Twitter and you know plans it read that it but that any kind of. Proves my point that if they thought they could make more money by doing it. They would have continued like the demand wasn't there otherwise they'd still be doing it today aren't. Is it a little. It doesn't match like someone's Matty no matter what you do okay like we we we've seen that when he at times like you say kids can have desperate to campus it's like so what about you no matter what. OK if you you have to make a business decision and their decision was we're gonna make more money by getting rid of this then knock him that I just disagree or their businesses and we'll see. Over and Softbank okay Softbank supposed to be giving you were a little bit of a cash infusion. To go along with some of the changes with Hoover's management over the last couple of months. The deal appeared to be in place but now there's some question about whether or not gonna go through based on where Travis co Americans. Again I just can't keep staff and I can't get out of his own way on this you realize he's killing his own company it seems that way a certain first us or just you know back up here. Trans Atlantic is not the majority shareholder of this of this company but he does own three board seats TE controls three board seats. And that's a little bit of what's being battled over here is some people want him to be giving up control over those extra to board seats. He has no interest in doing so and now his deal might be on the rocks and you got to be looking at this guy if you are. An owner in this company if you're one of these you know 10% stake holders in this company. He's just a he's an issue. And also be you know you've got a new CEO who just came in there casual shot he's been on the job what three months now so they're not all Clark along. In your making things more challenging for him their ticket to continue to run the company does we know this is a capital intensive company already been eaten that they're not profitable. They are spending cash. Head over fist head over heels whatever it is. And they need this cash infusion in order to be able to kind of go through the next couple years and the longer you wait nit you know you potentially end up with Softbank saying. What we enough of this like we don't want to deal with that any. Yeah at which point I think they're competitors there's continue to step in and you know I I get I get your point travesty you started this company it's yours it's your baby and you don't wanna give up any more control in your have. Adam Johnson from bulls ivory dot com is now joining us here to talk about where markets are hitting as we get towards the end of the year. Adam thank you very much for for taking the time today. HF Mike thank you for having me and I say what I'll make it really before it. 44000. Level yet there's earnings and employment when he 5000. What get that the extra thousand point. That's reform which amazingly I think Washington is going to come. Let let's talk first about earnings a little bit we've been talking over the last week just about. This is the first quarter in. Probably five or six years maybe longer than that that you've seen companies talking about. Sustained growth guiding forward and and we really haven't seen that a whole lot right now what are you seeing out there when you talk about what companies are saying heading in between eighteen. Well I think one of the big themes and I almost hesitate to say that because you know opulent read about it. On virtually every newspaper there is just big pack and if you look at the earnings that have come out over the past week Google micro they look better okay Tesla. Was not among that group today. But you know these are companies that are literally changing the way we play. I love apple right now and I feel stupid for saying it because it just seems so obvious but sometimes the obvious that was right in front of you. It was exciting you know you also look at baptized in the transport. Incredible what's happening and by the way I don't know we and number of car loads. Moved by US railroad I never. So you know consumers have money that is being tight spot by earning an employment. If people are employed they're making money they're spending money as a result you're seeing that little cute corporate earnings. There's a very powerful pro underlying story that happening here. What are the other things that seems to be moving in the right direction not just a mess to glee but. It seems like we're starting to see a little bit of a pick up in international growth in some areas that had been lagging over the last couple years does that factor in as well. If it does Ike and focused on the US you know I'm really get. US long short stock picker. What's curious is that I found my. Sort of looking elsewhere. Whether that several products maker and you got to Japan. War. Yum China holdings in China which is building out all of the Kentucky fried over there and into. Starting even look at Europe which has really struggled but finally getting it together. And yes there is there is synchronized global growth right now. It's why we're finally starting to see the central banks of the world if it towards. Raising rates and actually pulling back a punt or because we don't need it Annika. Is there anything domestically that gives you pause heading into the end of the year right now anything that you're sitting there saying well. That's something I wanna keep my nine. Their question. And I I I feel almost foolish stating that the answers you know. Earnings and employment are an incredibly power power will mean. Tax reform is big bonus that comes on top of that and you know we got so. I got so tired of hearing guys were for you know years. Give that disclaimer every time they wanted Olympic gold color well you know you can have a terrorist Becker well you know OPEC could. Cut back production there's always does well you know. And admittedly I think right now that the fundamental trends again earnings report that there could be a broken record. This fundamental trends of the two les plus tax or it's just such. Powerful combination. I think it allows us. Even you know make some mistakes along the way it you know if you wanna talk about mistakes I mean yes there's there is Washington there is that. You know. You look at the terror attack that happened here in New York yesterday you look at external via cell race relations yes these are all issues but. They're now market issues. Well Italy now that that's that's wide net sorry I sound overly bullish that's where. No I I tend to make the point is if you look back in the twentieth century and said okay we're gonna go through the two biggest conflict in human history 111 president assassinated one more impeached one more almost impeached. You go through all these list of things that we're going on in it would sound terrible and yet. The market still figured out how to make money there's always stuff that's going on that is a rat and ghetto. It's something that investors have to be cognizant of but let's let's talk about your next catalyst. Tax reform obviously we are expected to get some details today that's pushed back to tomorrow now. Does that concern you always feel that this gets done before the end of the year. No actually I'm thrilled that they took an extra day to do it because it tells me that they're working very hard. To wrap this thing in such way that we get the most number of people. Signing onto it you know at this point. Is there. There's so many different. Special interest. Buying it for attention and you know whether that Susan Collins is kind of picking up populist view a Republican that basically saying well I don't wanna get the well it would break. Or a Bob Corcoran Group as oiler or you know McCain is kind of a spoiler for that matter up and there are still a lot of people a lot of powerful Republicans. Who don't wanna look is builder they're too soft on the wealthy so. What you have now is that people writing this thing is that Paul Ryan did Mitch McConnell. Right in the thing to try to corral votes carpet in such a way that when they actually come up with the details. You have the most number of people already behind it I think that's why they delayed it and I'm OK with that. One of the questions that we always have when it comes to something that we are anticipating getting done is how much is already baked into the market. It sounds like you're suggesting that this thing you know there's still enough question out there that there's an upside if this gets done. Yeah actually lions in and I have to give credit. You know words do there's an outstanding research firm here in New York. Called strategic research partner wonderful guys every the work they're refrigeration trailer out for. Great guy. And Jason and his team have done a kernel work on trying to figure out whether tax reform is right there and who wins the better. And they created a basket. I was not that happy I am affected factory here in the US. As it turns out that basket as there's actually loss and percentage point in value vs BP 500. We're the past six months. Which tells me not only. It acts were not placed tenth but. If the market actually betting it will happen otherwise. You know it wouldn't be selling. Those. Primary beneficiary tax reforms so bad why you know I can actually say with confidence that it. Very good why don't we appreciate the time today and though it gets up soon okay. What it is banks are happening and I appreciate that super. Absolutely thank you again Adam that is Adam Johnson from bullseye brief dot com. Doubt 45000 you know it it it's nice to hear some optimism. It sounds crazy to think OK we're gonna pick up 15100 points over the next two months now it hasn't but you have to remember we did some saga here's the thing you have to remember 15100 points today. It's only about 56% of the market it's it's not like when the Dow was 101000 he's saying it's 15%. Rally it's okay it's a Ford 5% rally. That's not too crazy yeah yeah oh especially if if you do get tax reform done. Then all of us and it's not just the fact you've gotten that done its then you're sitting there saying. Okay now what's next now we have the capability we've cleared the decks here what are we move onto next we do infrastructure to make. It's the ability then to keep that momentum going and figure out how to accomplish something else so. Look we're Sydney today the Dow was a 23 for 68 senior about 15100 points to get there. I don't think it's crazy. No I it's doable and Deb as he makes a very valid point about whether or not tax reform is priced into this market it's pretty it's a pretty good argument says it's not. And also you know you have to look at how markets typically perform heading into the end of the year if you had a positive year to very. Difficult for investors to let go stocks before the end of the year typically then Africa's most most money managers and a sand. I don't want to jeopardize my customer returns by getting out if the market continues to rally my capital gains realized most individuals sit there's and I don't wanna realized capital gains if I can wait another couple weeks in the can down the road so. The could have little Santa Claus rally come in this year we will see we're taking a break but when we come back we're going to be talking about Google's self driving cars and. How close they are. Hi everybody is very Armstrong and potluck ski from the law firm Cushing and dole and we're talking today. About that state and asset protection strategies. That can help reduce or eliminate your state taxes. But is it true that a married couple living in new wing and with two million dollars and assets pays eight voluntary. Gift tax. A 100000. Dollars for the government if they don't have trusts in place I'd certainly can't be certainly depends on which state happens to be live in you know I'll let us a jail if if if you if you have assets and you can't each state has their own exemption from nine. You know like the federal exemption amount is 5490000. Dollars. You can pass that amount. And state tax free to anybody you want. In any state. But a lot of people say oh we don't have that kind of you know but. And so the goal is by doing basic estate planning and using trusts you can double whatever that's data exemption amount is thereby hopefully eliminating. Voluntary estate taxes. Up to whatever that exemption amount is double. Request your copy of Todd brand new guide it's called reducing and eliminating the state taxes. You can call and receive the guide the phone number 8668485699. Or visit his website it legal exchange showed dot com that's. Legal exchange showed dot com or call poll free. 8668485699. Markets are high it. But questions remain about whether or correction is coming. We've got you covered every day with what's not and what's not from Mike Armstrong mornings at 1030 only on the financial exchange radio network. And news coming out of Google's self driving cars unit claim oh. Saying hey our vehicles might be ready for for prime time sooner than we expected that's and and not only that they said their almost rate for prime time zone we're not saying you know better than expected that 20/20 five or talk and this can be right there on the corner somebody took a torrid one of them they had a whole course set up with. You know cycle lists all these different hazards that you can think of on the road cyclists and buses and pedestrians walking back and forth and nothing did. Really well. It's it's kind of cool what they do actually they've built a screen in the vehicle that pretty much shows you what the cars thinking actually. And I think that helps to put people at ease when you know you sit there and you see the wheel turning on its own ego and oh boy where where is we have where we going like what are we gonna do. But they they've built this green. That effectively displays the other cars around the vehicle it says. You know the cars accelerating its as the cars waiting for pedestrian gets as the cars waiting for something clear to what tells you. What the course thinking in that way almost humanize the car in some way yeah and I think that's a brilliant way to try to overcome some of the hesitancy. Hesitation hesitancy hesitation and hesitation that people may have in getting into one of these vehicles. Yeah a gay. They're doing it seems to me and it re arguing that there's a lot of secrecy around this right you know whereas apple on this where's GM on this. Yeah everyone's got their different units invested in the self driving car. But it does seem like consistently that we MO is far ahead of the pack. And what what's interesting is the that the chief of this division this is coming from. John Kraft Jacobs the CEO Wayne well. In this is a direct quote from him. We're getting close we're not gonna give your date when it will happen but stay tuned that's not the sound of the company that saying. Well we're five years away from being able to have one of these on the road that's a companies saying. Hey this is merely a matter quarters at this point and you may see this in the next year to. Yeah that's said you know GM CEO. What it's Mary Mary are -- our yeah she she's innocent things she's she's coming out there company's quarters not years away from being out you know remove drivers from these car I can't wait to get into one of these neither as as terrified as I am of the I don't get the first one to get into it and know its as terrified as I am of the pending drone infestation that's coming. I can't wait to see self driving. Yeah I can't wait in. And I'll tell you that the people and we've talked about this before the people who this will benefit the most it's not the person commuting to and from work is that person and can do that no matter what. It is disabled people who now seniors are able to it to get a car whenever they need senior citizens who say. Look at I don't want to be driving anymore right it is you. There are so many applications in its before even talking about what can do. To reshape our cities in change. How we manage traffic all of a sudden. We don't need all these parking spaces on the side of the street he can turn that into either additional sidewalk space for people you can turn those into play points bustling it's. All of these opportunities there where you can say look we can completely reinvent. How we plan our cities and it's all hinging on this technology it is it is. It is scary too little spooky I won't I won't lie there it is part of me that says oh boy what are we getting ourselves into and we get the messages all the time you're crazy on never get into one of these things and I'm sure we'll get more you know I'm I'm sure there are a lot of people put that it will not ever get into a self driving car during their lifetime exactly but even if we have a 10% adoption rate it's just like their funny people who say look I'm afraid of flying out of care how safe it is I wanna go when a plane I get that you know to each their own there's no problem. But this is where we're going yeah and as they say in back to the future we're going we don't need roads we do need roads we just don't need drivers a guy. Amazon. In terms of their ability to move into the pharmacy space has been a lot of chatter about this in the last couple weeks specifically looking at. I think was twelve states where they applied for. You know some some permits in order to operate a pharmacy. But that might not be where there go the reporting or. Getting a little bit of ahead of itself I think on that one so there's all these rumors going around edit I'd draw these permits and the licenses to get into pharmacy. And you got that it now has gone back and say well slow down let's take a good look at it. The licenses that they applied for. Most of these states have dual license is where if you want a deal to sell medical devices or surgical equipment is the same piece of paper that you file if you're going to be filing for. Pharmaceuticals. And it looks like games I was really just applying to covered that medical surgical equipment surgical equipment CO health care related equipment stuff there are you doing today that they just need to pull licenses for. That doesn't mean they're knocking against the pharmaceutical business it just means that that's specific piece of reporting on oh this is a definite now they're getting into it wasn't wasn't quite there yet. Still you know still a big opportunity for them to shake it up. Only one in ten prescriptions today. Are delivered. Nine out of ten prescriptions you go into the firm's senior pick him up as huge opportunity for him as a suits. It's only about 10% of people that are using on line form right now we're 10% of prescriptions effect December terrorist prescriptions are being delivered to the home. And my guess is it's probably those are probably the heaviest users just because you'd expect it. If you have to go to a pharmacy more often you'll be more likely to try to find a way around that and say look I don't wanna I wanna be going there every day. Just deliver my prescription wrecked so it might even be a smaller number of people that are actually give using online pharmacy. So you know I have we've talked about this were not heavy description users and so we don't spend a lot of time talking to a pharmacist. I don't know how to get around that part of it right you know recently prescriptions. They have pretty serious side effects like okay night. And right and I drink grape juice with this though what sort of what do I need to know about this prescription. How I don't know how they're gonna get around it is is their whole thing with stats and grapefruit or something like I think so that would it is you know Tucker. On top of your medical expert. I agree verdicts and so I mean I don't know I mean heck Coppola pharmacist in your whole foods there there Agassi ago but you do need to have that at least. Some line of communication those customers to communicate with an expert that knows OK you're getting this. These things you can't do with that and let me talk to disperse and at times that'll kill cells. Where did so much Texan regarding the odd self driving cars 860 saint mall four 617 saying as a service vendor constantly driving a fan I would love a self driving van against someone who read I was in the service business you're driving around all day. This week and you get things done while your cars taking you where you want to go. 71 makes a good point who would want self driving sports car probably no one there you know now that point. Good point you do still wanna have been no manual vehicle appeared you know kind of looking to go out on the road have a little bit of fun there. 617 saying you know what what are self driving car makers do to prevent cars being hacked and used to cause mayhem it's one of the biggest questions out there is how do you keep these vehicles safe I don't have the answers on the now I I don't and that is going to be incumbent on these manufacturers. That's it's already an issue I mean yeah Tesla pushes updates their cars out through the Internet you know when my guess is updating their systems they push that through end. Hypothetically could somebody hack into that and just remove them. Automatic braking system into the car yet how right they sure cut its. The the single biggest question it's not related to whether or not the technology is accurate or whether an whether or not going to be able to drive because it will be. The question is on the safety security and privacy side of things and I don't have answers there that is where my biggest question lines. Yep I mean that you have the same concern about somebody hacking into our infrastructure and messing with innovative trains going up the northeast corridor or you know messing with traffic signals in Manhattan and all of these things would be. Just detrimental. To to safety. 978 schism of Londonderry New Hampshire my job that is in resin dale and still entrapped in 93 through Somerville store made there an hour and a half. Self driving cars not to be able to drive around traffic like that. Yeah I couldn't disagree more aid to break it to you this car's going to be a better driver than all of us like gates that's why this traffic I I know it's tough for us to understand this. But Paula even if you are sitting in the our NAFTA traffic. Yes self driving permits in the backseat may do work for Aaron that we are commuting on the train that sounds perfect obviously there's going to be congestion so not all traffic is gonna go away. But you know the majority of traffic receives because of idiots on the road right where it is always a fender Bender in the side of the road everybody's got to turn it looked ahead of rose texting drivers got a rubber neck. Another one from 339 enough forever ship captain forever card driver being the driving to privilege how does this affect driver responsibility established law great question it. It's a really good question how is defect liability of a self driving car has an accident. Was liable there was. Those who doubt that we need to figure out is is the car company liable as the person programmed bibles somewhere else outs like the user of questions that we don't. Have answers to right now that but the biggest questions are about how to things work from a policy in regulation perspective. Not based on him the vehicle accomplish its gel yeah that's why I think we're further away and people are really believe. Just because of the regulations the soul much we need to go through 978 my XM radio won't work under a tree I would never trust a hotel driving a car. It's a terrific it's time. It makes you feel any better it's not a Y class in percentage your car and how to drive nobody but you do raise a valid point like it is straight about is like you sit there it's like how many times you have to reboot your computer is something weird going on instantly imagine Elvis and you're driving down 93 your cart decides okay actually wanna start flying like. I'm with you like I get that you know computers can be a little bogeys and times you know I I get that. If they get speech recognition for two dogs decide dog take self driving car for a ride by itself. There's no question we've ever gotten seven sevenths I work best question we've ever gotten. Without a doubt quick word before we get further into this quick word about C ranch from our folks. At leader bank zine is he read does an online red collection tool. Six three says what about an automatic snowplows can knock over the mailboxes probably same as normal snowplows it's you know it's big and that's just out it. Is get rid of mailboxes. At all when William we get the Amazon key right that's the best idea I'm not so much that the Amazon key rate Aetna and you know we'll talk about Aetna given. What's going on with the potential deal between them and CBS CBS still not commenting on whether or not they've made an offer to this point that is if this deal is still more rumored and not. But what does that they actually off perceive as what CBS want to watch while I mean Aetna. Offers CDS a direct line to a guaranteed. Line of consumers written they are going to deal it's revived. Prescriptions and management directly to this company and they don't have to worry about so for instance we take the big customer they lost tri care at the end of last year they lost tri care which was. I would assume. That millions of different people that there don't you know supporting oh yeah and ED you'd lose control but you don't control that company you have no control over where that contract goes next. Is a big surprise the company and this gives them an insulation that gives them insulation from the of customers going to whoever the new. Prescription management company is and hey if it's it's inching bid and is expensive. But it could very well and sleep this company from permissions in the future. And to be going to be taking place nationwide this Saturday there also gonna have Vince called parties that rock and gives that rock. As well is you know in all ties in their I'll holding team of rocked this Christmas is the rock remotely is he signed on to do promotions well I really don't know Chris Rock is. Is he really now Mel's own Kid Rock. Chirac are considered it a couple thematic elements of the perfect cut them from coming into and in all seriousness. In party at Wal-Mart. Sounds ridiculous Gerri will be there is this something that is actually due to be upon like I don't we all kind allotments they okay who go to party Wal-Mart. Is this potentially something that can help them now. With a lot of. I mean I'd now I don't know I don't get it and why would you wanna go to a party or Wal-Mart Baghdad I mean I think a lot of the via some other ideas that are pretty good they're gonna do a 165000. Toys demos. Which good Kolb Toys 'R' Us and our data does desert me a lot of people go with your stores open for toys why you want to hold a party while I don't wanna go though. Party at Wal-Mart with anyone that I've ever seen at a Wal-Mart now. What is it when my questions like what is the party going to look like now like what's that physically and ultimately is there going to be who gets some punch you know is it a pencil cup yet it's on is the pipe on spiked yet bagel bites. I now what exactly is that going to be music is their dance wars there and like what we do and for this part I am not sure I am not looking children and Reyes have been pretty funny all that I don't real coverage folks although I've that we can recover live. Now it's good for the although I've gathered one of the things that they say is that attendees are going to be able to receive security gift guides in toy catalog that's a party to. That you walk in the door they hand you a flyer a flier and a lake. That's that's not a party and if someone goes and expecting a party and just get to catalog the Kokomo disappointment. OK I know this book is like that's generally how it works see tag or something there now. But like you put a K get away. This is the that is going to be on all US fuel throwing their scooter through windows always going to be able faster now let's party all you have to do is Google Wal-Mart fights and you know you you see the stuff that comes up on YouTube like there's the one with the the woman is like pouring shampoo and the other woman's hair like straddle a line there something like. I don't think you want a keg you know mark necessary. Like. No he's he's thinking about things and trying to get people there but if if you advertise departing give some money cataloged. They're not gonna come back. They had this of the day nowadays you're getting your analogy in my area Amazon you got to step it up like what they did over Halloween you know you've got you're they did pretty good job that advertising stuff weary warrior out cost him on line come pick it up at the desk. That you tried on right there in decided yet you wonder wanna return that was Smart and unaudited overhauling that is is it's Mars and it is good. Let's talk about. Don't worry about it. Is this movie going to be the last movie by the way did 936. Million dollars in sales which is the largest ever by any film in the US and even adjusted for inflation. Is the eleventh largest in the UUS. Worldwide it did just north of two point one billion dollars and is the second biggest worldwide film ever. Is this. Going to top that. That's my prediction. I had a topic both in the US and worldwide are don't think it's gonna talk but it all wrecked by Ryan Johnson who's a phenomenal director who Walsh did Al looper and a couple of films. I I think if if the reviews come out good. I think this film has a potentially go north of the billion dollars domestically two and a half internationally.
