Here you don't wanna -- they can always write me email my email addresses Barry Armstrong at wrko.com. Our next guest is Matthew -- singer from the Motley Fool good morning Matthew -- you. Thank you weren't very and I'm good. Good hey let's take a look at a couple of your stock picks the first one is IMAX Miami -- the stock trading at 23 dollars a share. This is this the one that we see in the movie theaters. This is the one that's right you know that the interest thing about iMac is you know you look at it and it doesn't -- it was a really big year of her from movies. But actually ticket sales so if you take out the price and duplicate ticket sales ticket sales were actually only slowly up and actually to get filtered down. Almost every year since 2002 police not the movies. That's not a that's not true Brian acts on and and -- -- through their their -- they'll throw 40%. Understaffed here and if you really think about what I -- is iMac is that experience -- -- You can't make you got home he can't he can't replicate what you're forty inch flat screen TP. Like you -- a lot of movies and so I -- is that experience that people are going to pay airport and it continued to. What makes it so unique that they're having 40% growth when everybody else's down. Well I think you know -- -- you know if you look at some of the big movie last year like you vendors or or the Batman Dark Knight rises I mean it's just you can't. You can't replicate -- it's it's it's founded the screen. You know and so. It's it's -- -- -- -- that people are willing to pay five dollars for a cup of coffee at Starbucks you're going to pay fifteen bucks for a movie climax just has the experience that you can't you can't get anywhere else. Did I read -- there's been a little bit of insider buying going on the stock as well. The -- a little bit. Modest over the past the sponsorship. All right so it's a 23 dollar stock what do you think it does over the next couple years. You know I got to look at the market capital point explain and I think that's really small and they're gonna double the number of -- by 2016. You know I see the stock polling units as he at least double and stock. If it's not a huge companies it's something that somebody else buys to take them over. Like you don't already know wants content. Right there have been rumors were around that you know they have a colonial look and see. On that's that's been on going the question is whether and it seemed to -- the biggest movie theaters on company in the world despite then but. No I think iMac stays independent and I think they're they're gonna you know ran a lot of money out of there on you know -- licensing deals and their new -- so I IC commitment at a company. Lot of people watch ESPN night I go to their site every day I watch a lot of their content. Their -- by Walt Disney you'll select Walt Disney company. I do you know I think I like entertainment space right now so you know you buy and acts just small company -- you know you look at it Disney which has what you said he has skin and but it really. Really incredible brands out there and it did this pastor just showed I mean the avengers. With Disney's highest grossing film of all time and he's been around for you know 8090 years and adventurous well they're no one film that came. From purchasing marvel a few years ago and it just you know -- between marble between Pixar between. A Star Wars which it Lucas film which they just bought a few months ago. Did he really -- the top entertainment brands in the world now and they have such a great distribution system where they can monetize all of brands across. So many platforms and so I look at Disney at the you know at the hundred billion dollar company -- company that option I speculate pistol. A lot of room to run. What is there in the room to run Betty you like really their success story. Is ESPN how's the rest of the company like if you took ESPN out of the equation how's the rest the company TU. Well on the movie side very did I I agree I agree he has consistently did a real chance to network. WABC network overall it is a good brand Disney Channel still. It's very good -- you know where they do have some sluggishness is in the theme parks and the cruise line's going to be more. Resort type up property that they have but at the same time you know those those are still very lucrative you know -- in in good economic times that can be big catch -- and so. Wouldn't investment banker look at this company go -- -- in 95 billion dollar company went a week carve this up. A pagan like an old ITT literally brick this company up into two or three buckets like you ESPN becomes its own company. And maybe the the cruise line becomes its own company or something like that. It would what do you think about it would you increase the value of the hole if you broke it into three or four companies. You know you might but I think -- you missed there is that you missed the opportunity to continue to have so many different. You know platforms to have all these these brands you know -- All these you know new marvel characters like Iron Man you know it's just. You can have not only in our brand new -- and movies are beating -- iron and you know resume rather ride you can have -- and cartoon shows up. It just it -- having that -- that sort of company give them a lot of change that way that they wouldn't have been broken up. Get a negative -- like your picks thanks for the research appreciate. Expert -- that was Matthew -- singer has to stock picks. Were IMAX and that's the movie theater right and and that it is a cool place to -- -- here it's fabulous I am a -- is the symbol and then Disney. I really think this is a break candidate. I think they spit out deal I think they spit ESPN ESP yen. Think ESPN. Counts for some huge number like 75%. The profits radio and of Disney are coming out of the of ESPN now you know they they are. The leader. And that's something that we've seen during her lifetime ESPN as a company that began I believe Kirk -- from wrong David -- -- -- -- was born. In Bristol Connecticut in the 1980s. And. Was an -- and anti out to dinner last night my niece who's ten and she's very bright I mean she scares me scared she in the middle of dinner ten year old looks Meehan says. The word is. That. Star Wars. Is gonna be sold to Disney. -- -- that I think my teacher I think that's happened would average is a very sad. Because I'm hearing that they're gonna have Justin Bieber as Luke Skywalker and eight Justin Bieber goes she's -- he can you find out if that's the truth with Star Wars and as you wanna do my nationality -- shorting the stock of the is. -- so intelligent it blows my mind. -- she got the information for a while I'm Justin Bieber bring as Luke Skywalker in -- crazy so -- be a remake is that the yeah. Hey we can call her and she can give you some -- I don't know when we'll start go to ages ten year old these first doc fix. Eight in the next segment were gonna dig into the Massachusetts. Foreclosure numbers there's more to. The numbers then you'll see on the surface stay with us -- that foreclosure data coming up next.
